I had bought a pair of these 9 months prior to my current pair, I had to file a warranty claim because the soles started to delamniate. KEEN sent me a brand new pair for FREE within a week and I really appreciate them standing behind their product. They are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned!

Really comfortable , the best work boots ever had

So far I really like them. Time will tell on how they hold up. I will likely buy another pair soon just in case they become unavailable at some point. I wear them in a lot of different environments.

Best work boots I've ever owned in my life. Did my homework a couple years ago about what brands are best. Glad I went with these. Very comfortable. Can walk miles in them. Feet always stay dry. If you read this go no further you've found the right pair of boots

I think these boots are great, they did take about 2 days to break in where as most other keens do not. The sole seems to be a bit different I hope it will hold up better than other keen work boots I have had. They are definitely comfortable to me, I have a high arch so I put an insole in. They are a bit more stiff which I am a fan of, and I guess they are heavy maybe, I spend a lot of time in snowboard boots so it really doesn't bother me in the least. I'd reccomend. They also look great.

By far, one of the most comfortable boots I have ever put on my feet. The only downside is that they did not stay waterproof for long even with putting a good waterproofing treatment on them. Great for dry days, but I don't wear them on wet days.

Great boots. Warm, comfortable and most importantly dry. The 90 degree heel is a new feeling if youve only worn wedges. My only critiques are that these are not the lightest things in the world compared to my last pair of San Joses and that the leather heel hook on the back is always grabbing the cuffs of my pants. But these are all minor gripes compared to the solid performance of these. So far break in has been easy (1 week tops) and not a drop of water inside. Recommend.

These are great. I have been trying to find a heavy duty boot that is light weight. These seem to fit the bill, so far so good. Fit excellent right out of the box and above and beyond with the packaging and presentation. A++

Just got a pair of the KEEN Utility Cincinnati boots for work. These are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I highly recommend these boots to anyone looking for comfort, style and all the benefits of safety.

Great boot!

I will start with the bad news, the soles are terribly slippery when wet, stepping into a building with a hard floor like tile or concrete can be absolutely dangerous when the shoe soles are wet. I just almost ended up on my tail Christmas Night 2024 having walked from my car in the rain and stepping into a local restaurant onto a hard tile floor, my lower back muscles are hurting from the slipping but I managed to stay upright and will be OK. I wear Thorogood boots and I do not have issues with them being slippery when wet or oily. These shoes have 1 pair of speed lace hooks at the very top of each shoe, there should be 3 pair of speed lace hooks, whoever engineered these shoes didnt have the knowledge of a working mans wants or needs. Another complaint is the heal is to low, Keen needs to take a close look at Thorogood Union Made boots like the American legacy series with the Vibram soles or the Moc Toes with the Thorogood soles, the heal is right for walking and climbing ladders, the Keen soles are dangerous. The good, these shoes are light and comfortable. I wanted black moccasin toe waterproof boots with safety toes and couldnt get them from Thorogood so I was happy to try Keen, I will probably keep them and send them to a cobbler for speed lace hooks in the top 6 eyelets and a resole with Vibram soles. . The custom work will double the cost of my new Keen shoes but I think they will suite my needs better than the way Keen built them, hopefully they will last long enough to get my monies worth out of them.

Love these boots right out of the box! I bought a pair of Keen Kentons for work and loved them so i bought the Cincinnati for more casual use. I really like the moc toe look but wanted the 90 heal.

Sturdy yet comfortable boot. Recommend wide.

I work 12 hrs. shifts and i am on my feet all day. I was fortunate to enough to ware these from day 1 without me feet hurting. It is a good looking boot and very comfortable. They are true to size. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought these for a friend for Christmas who goes through boots quickly. He has back pain and is on his feet a lot. I have been a Keen customer ever since I got my very first pair about 5 years ago. My friend loves these boots. They are lightweight and very comfortable.

Boots were heavy and uncomfortable. Customer service wasn't great either. Still waiting for my refund
