Good slip on boot for around the house work sole grips on ice and snow

Fit very well 9.5 wide and stable. Needed a better insole, typical of all shoes. Easy on and off.

I initially thought that I would knock off a star or two because these boots are so difficult and painful to pull on, but that is getting better as they break in, and I am realizing that it is probably a necessary consequence of buying good quality leather boots. Once they are broken in I am sure that the effort will be rewarded with good fitting boots that are not too loose. For those who are not young and limber and who haven't thought of it yet, I recommend getting a good quality boot hook.

These boots are awesome. Built with the LL Bean quality that will make them boots for a lifetime for sure. Other reviews mention difficult to put on and this is true with my pair. They are not "easy" slip on and take more than would expect, but as others have noted, once they are on, they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. I've worn them many times and time will tell, but they seem to be loosening up a bit already making them a bit easier to put on, so I feel they will get even easier over time. All of that being said, the comfort and fit and ruggedness of them make it well worth the little extra effort to get them on.

I really like these boots. My mother bought me my 1st pair of lace-up rubber-bottomed Bean boots in the 1960s and I have always loved them. I like that these boots are pull-on and not lace-up. They are true to size and the fit is quite nice. Of course, the quality is top notch. I live in the Rockies in Colorado and on snowy cold days, these are my go-to boots when I am outside. I highly recommend them.

Great materials, fit and comfort. Very well made so expect to have them several seasons. Easy on and off too. I think they are more than fairly priced. Much better than more expensive boots I have looked at.

Great look and fit. Still awaiting final test of first snowfall in the Pocono mountains.

I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my shoe size in EE width and couldnt even get them on my feet.

boots were ok, wrong size but as ordered. sizing info error. returns sat!

The boots are difficult to put on and take off. Perhaps the uppers will become more flexible with wear. The boots are much more comfortable for walking in than traditional Bean boots. Overall, a good purchase.

I wear a 12 Wide and couldn't get my foot easily in the boot. Once I did, it was OK. The boot looks well made, but the in/out was too much of a hassle. Returned them.

I bought a pair of these and the low storm chaser 4 as I wanted an easy slip on\off for the trip to work. These were to hard to get on and off, I wouldn't call these a slip on\off boot. The storm chaser 4 is perfect, if I need the taller boot I'll wear my tall storm chaser with the laces undone!!! Nice quality though if it work for you.

Boots were nice but way way way too narrow at top to be able to get foot in. In past had been able to order extra wide width, they do not come in that width, didn't fit so returned boots

This boot is too hard to put on. For me it wasn't easy on easy off, maybe that's because it was too tight of a fit. I wear a 12EE and this boot was on the tight side. Looks well made though and light. Returning it, and that's the downside of buying footwear online.
