Boots are sturdy, sealed , comfortably warm, and supportive!

Best Ive had so far

These boots were great for the first week. Very comfortable, very warm, durability -20 out of 1-10 scale. Like every other complaint they tore open at the seam in the back. They were warrantied out and I do have to say Keen does stand up to its warranty. Unfortunately, the 2nd pair did the same thing 2 weeks after I got them. I warrantied those out to. Problem is after 2nd pair was warrantied, I bought a pair that was uninsulated, as winter was over in WI last year. (At least what we could call winter last year it was nonexistent). Now it is winter again and now I need to spend another $250. 00, and I hope these ones last longer than a week or 2, because I don't think we're getting lucky this year with a mild winter.

2 pairs of these in just over a year. 1st pair ripped at the back where the stitching goes from real leather to the fake leather. Those ripped open in under a year. 2nd replacement pair lasted 3 weeks before the left boot ripped in the same exact spot. Reading other reviews this seems to be a design defect as its happened to others as well. The boots are very comfortable, but the fake leather back needs to be replaced with better material. Photos are the 1 year old boots and the 3 week old boots. Same problem.

These boots are great. They have a label sewn into the inside showing they are rated to -55F. Thats colder than the Baffin boots I was issued by the USAP. Traction is good, and my feet stay warm, even with my thinnest socks. My only complaint, and after wearing them for only a week into a 64 week deployment, it is a big one since return/replacement down here is not an option, is that the black upper part is not real leather and it has torn away from the real leather heel parts. Ive had to fix it with duct tape since replacement isnt an option, and I hope it lasts the duration. If Keen would make that part with real leather as well, these boots would be 5 star and Antarctic rated in my book.

I like the wider base you walk on. No hot spot or brake in time. Nice!

I work as a heavy diesel mechanic, I do a lot of standing, walking on smooth and uneven surfaces. With the insulation, it works great for the winter because Im in snow and mud. Only negative thing was, that I only had them for 6 months and the back stitching started separating. With that being said, I did what they said for the warranty, and they took of me.

Fit great, comfortable, no break in. But after wearing them 8 days ( walking on concrete floor shipping dock and driving a truck) the upper ripped along the seam.

Ill give two stars as it is nice and comfortable but isnt worth the price. When they had that amazing veteran discount I loved getting keens even though they always to be comfortable but never hold to construction work use for as long as other similarly priced boots. The discount was good I kept my mouth shut and got them as they are comfortable out of the box. But with that said aint worth that price tag

The material around the ankle is not strong enough to keep up with the rest of this boot. These boots were warm and comfortable, but fell apart in under 60 days. I've got about 6 pairs of Keens, this is the first to disappoint. Will see how the warranty process goes.

Im very disappointed I thought that buying a top of the line work boot would be worth it Sorry its not I have a blister on my heal and they are not comfortable

Waited a 3 months before writing this review. 1st day they felt great and fit perfectly. I got these at the beginning of a cold snowy season. Wore them in negative Temps and wet snow. My feet were warm and dry! No slipping, dry feet and could wear for 14 hours a day. I will be getting another pair of these when the time comes.

These boots are super comfortable and keep my feet warm!

As of now its a great boot , feet are dry even in snow and mud and a tough boot for work. True to size but Ive owned about 12+ pairs so I know what size fits me, I always get wide with protection toes

I am 25, I weigh 320lbs and I run a tree service. My duties include operating loaders, chainsaws, and a lot of walking throughout the day. I wear through thorogood a in about 10-12 months. I walk in the outside of my feet. These have been nothing but impressive. Very comfortable from the beginning. Not a lot of break in, great support in the ankle. Ive only had them 3 weeks but time will tell

My right foot doesnt seem to fit the same as the left

Very pleased with my boots so far. True to fit. Comfortable already. Did not have to break in. This is 2nd or 3rd pair of Keen shoes and very satisfied so far.

Comfortable and warm work boots right out of the box

2EE was wide enough when other manufacturers 4EEEE were not. Used boots for December hunting with temperatures in the low 20s. Keep feet warm and dry.
