As if GTX alone wasn't amazing, now the rain and snow REALLY can't get in!! I have worn these on scrambles, local hikes, through the city, on rock, snow, ice, and in torrential downpours. They are AWESOME. Unless you have gaiters normally, I have rain water getting into my shoes or boots which is totally normal and a thing you learn to manage... but with these the outer shell is a whole new level up. Not having to worry about the elements getting into the boot is such a fantastic added feature. They are still in amazing condition after wearing them consistently for several months now and I cannot recommend them enough. They fit just as the Aerios line normally do - which in my experience is quite different from the Norvans just as a head's up. Personally the Aerios break in much easier than the Norvans for me, but I've heard mixed feedback on that. I also really appreciate the drawcord laces, super quick and efficient to get going or adjust on the trail. The *only* thing I wish this had was an all black version. I appreciate how modern these look but they give me slightly cybertruck vibes. I love the way the norvan Nivalis looks in all black and would love to see that become an option.

I got these shoes in November in anticipation for a Squamish and Whistler trip and they have been amazing! When I first picked them up, I was in awe at how light they were and are noticeably so when worn. In wet conditions, they kept my feet dry with no issues and provide great traction on snow and ice. They are also great to run in when the conditions are not ideal.

I got these to hike around in wet/snowy conditions. These have turned out to be the best shoes I have purchased for this purpose. They are super comfortable, warm and as it says on the tin, waterproof. I did get one size larger than my normal size so I can comfortably wear slightly thicker socks. Getting them on takes a bit of figuring out. But, once you have figured it out, they are easy to pull on and off. The built in lugs are well located and super helpful. I love the fact that the shoe has a clean silhouette with no crevices for muck to get into. As e.g. would be the case with any lacing system. Highly recommnded.

These boots are excellent. I wanted something lightweight, comfortable, and warm and they delivered on all three counts. I had been a little worried when I bought them that they would not be warm enough, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I have done several hikes in snowy icy conditions and they performed perfectly. As with any boots I would recommend changing the insoles.

Took these through a wet and snowy winter holiday through the UK and Norway. They were perfect and the only footwear I needed for the entire trip.

Splendid product. I utilised these very recently after getting stuck in the lake district after very unexpected heavy snowfall. These were top notch! Kept my feet warm and dry and no slippage!

I am so happy that I found these boots for my trip to Europe. I'd never worn Arcteryx shoes although my closet is filled with Arcteryx clothes. Virbram soles, Gore tex, stylish, and they fit like a glove, I couldn't ask for more. I'm looking forward to walking through cobbled streets and enjoying winter in these boots.

I bought these a month ago ! love them..I used them on a hunt in the Frank Church wilderness area. It was very challenging terrain. I'm sure I pushed the boundaries for these boots. If you are just doing some normal hiking or anything they will be great. I took them up to 10,000ft in 12" of powder. They don't have the best ankle support, but that's not a negative. Double sock if you are in the cold weather

Got a pair of them a couple weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Perfect for the West Coast wet conditions, I've been hiking around Whistler during this fall and kept my feet dry,

These boots have absolutely surpassed my expectations. They are super comfortable and very warm. I love the quick lace feature, my only con is I wish there was a pocket or something to stow the excess lace. I usually just roll it up and zip the boot up. They run a smidge wide, but I love that because I can wear a thick sock and it doesn't feel tight. They go from daily use to walking my dog on trails no problem, and look great. Highly recommend.

These boots proved exceptional during a recent night hike amidst heavy rain on a camping trip. The ascent to the summit took about 3 hours. After setting up my tent and experiencing a drop in temperatures, I removed the boots and slept through the night. Upon waking, I was pleasantly surprised to find them dry and warm when I put them back on. True to the product description, these boots excelled in keeping my feet super dry throughout the hike. They are adept at repelling water, navigating ice (though I always use spikes still), and offer comfort with a narrow fit. The design, reminiscent of a soccer cleat, initially caught my eye. The lace adjustment is great, the amount you tighten it does not change after navigating rough terrain. I highly recommend these boots and look forward to using them for as long as possible. Also everyone is saying they wish there was a loop in the back to make them easier to put on well there is. It is just inside the gaitor but it works effectively.

Love this shoe! The lacing system under the gaiter is minimal so doesn't feel bulky when zipped up. Tread is great for when the conditions are wet/slippery. Fits true to size.

I bought these on day 1 of their release but didn't get to use them until I hit the coastal mountains over the Christmas break. As an all-weather trail runner, they were fantastic. I found lots of support in the heel cup, the sizing fits true to size, and I gave it a lot of abuse between wet mud and snow and rock at higher altitudes. The upper fabric/gator stood up just fine and after logging 4 distance runs over the week against a fair amount of wet and sharp rock, they washed up to look almost as good as new. I have to say the quick-tie system was the real winner though. Minor note -I bought the tan colour (aka Smoke Bluff) as I found the black to be too mundane.

Had these for a couple of months now and it's been the best footwear purchase I've made in a while. I just wanted a good fall/winter boot to help with the rain and then some and definitely got what I wanted out of it. The gore-tex and material held up really well for everyday bike commuting as someone who doesn't always clip-in. Even took it into the bush around belcarra for some invasive plant removal and water stayed outside my shoe and ankle and my foot wasn't wet nor sweaty after. The only con is that I had to get insoles for this shoe which I've never had to do with previous footwear and not sure why this time I did. But after putting in insoles it felt great! Now i'm excited for the first snowfall and ice to test out the arctic grip for the first time.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and have no regrets. It's a very nice all round winter shoe. Not to warm, but that wasn't the purpose either. On the one shoe it unfortunately pushes a little to much against the angle, just between the edge of the inner shoe and the front padding of the inner shoe. Other than that, I'm very happy with the purchase. And it fits true to siz.

Please make women's specific boots and shoes. I ordered two pair of these boots. They are amazing, sleek, and light weight. however they have a bit more overall volume Especially in the heel and fore foot, being unisex boots. Experiencing some uncomfortable ankle rub and abrasion due to the wider heel. I have an extremely high arch and low volume foot, they are tricky to get into. Had to add an arch support as well.

LOVE this boot, fashionable and functional. My one complaint is the lack of a hand hold at the back of the inner boot. i have to shove my hand down into the boot to pull the inner boot up when putting the boot on due to my high instep.

What sets these shoes apart is the seamless design. The gator fits tightly and they are relatively difficult to put on. Wear thin socks!

Love the color of the smoke bluff! Very comfortable and lightweight. Only thing is it's a bit difficult to put on the shoe. Also, wish they restocked smaller sizes more as they tend to sell out quick.

Very nice to walk with, but be careful, the outside fabric is soft. When you wear it, because of the low-top sneaker-like inner shoes, the ankle area will be creased and look bulky. (Also, the material for the outside looks a bit cheap.) I personally hate this point but really hesitate if I should return because it is really comfortable to wear

They look better in the flesh, nice shape and feel. I like the fast lace internal closure and the zip external one. I bought size 11.5 and this sis spot on for my 305mm size feet. They are not the easiest to put on but the pull tabs help massively. It would be my only concern of durability as time and use passes. I have tested them in full on rain and my feet were dry and toasty. What did surprise me is how comfy the foot bed is when walking. My intention is to use these for both hiking and trail riding on my emtb

Recently purchased this product, fits well and the Vibram Artic Grip is a game changer for someone who intends on wearing these in harsh cold climates. The middle of the shoes could do with being a little more narrow for extra support and the lacing system needs somewhere to place away the excess lace rather than just being placed inside the gaiter. Other than that, super comfy and looks great.
