too tight across top of forefoot

I wanted to love these but while they have laces, they are actually slip on shoes, so very hard to get on if you have high arches. They also just felt cheap and not very supportive. Super cute though, so good for everyday if you have normal feet and don't plan to wear for much activity. I also appreciated that the insole was removeable so you can use custom insoles.

No bueno for me. I bought my usual size 8 Wide and the edge of the textile that goes on either side of the mid-foot would dig into the inside of my foot no matter how loose the laces. The foam midsole cushioning wore out in fewer than 300 walking miles.

I felt like the arch support wasn't hitting my foot in the right spot. I really like the style, they just don't support my foot how I need them to.

Normal sizing for New Balance sneakers (I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size). They are incredibly lightweight and the fresh foam is super bouncy and plush, but it does nothing for my pronation. Very little support. Too bad, because they are a good looking shoe. If they had the support, I would have used them for everything (walks, training, short runs, casual).

Shoes are too lightweight for athletic use and difficult to get on because the tongue is stitched in place. Would not hold up for more than just household use.

There is no tongue in the shoe, nor is there any stretch along the insetp. This makes it difficult to put on and the laces are very wide on the top of the shoe.

Very uncomfortable and hard to put on. Runs small very dress appointment. I send them back.

True to size but too tight across top front above ankle

I wear a 9.5 Narrow and used to get NB Fresh Foam running shoes. Apparently, New Balance no longer makes an N. I was hoping that an M might work but the sides of the shoes in the instep area jam into the bottom of my ankle bone. Regarding materials and comfort, this shoe felt nothing like the old Fresh Foams. If I had seen these in a store I would not have given them a second look. Bye-bye NB.

These are in no way "slip resistant" shoes. I work at a restaurant and they were totally useless, and dangerous. I nearly slipped many times.

This isn’t for me, it’s light weight and I was looking for a bit more structure that’s not in this shoe.

New Balance is 1/2 size shorter than Brooks.

overall both the fit and size were way off. I had to exchange for a half size up, which still didn't fit. For such a high priced shoe, it was all wrong.

Love the way the shoe looks but had no support and hurt my feet terribly

I have owned this shoe before and this version is not the same.

Ordered a women's size 10, med width for my daughter. The box says size 10 and the tongue of the sneaker says 10, but I'm wearing an 8.5 Hoka and the NB sneaker is significantly smaller than that. Either the sizing is way off or the tag of the sneaker is wrong.
