The reason for the return is because there was no flexibility in the middle of the shoe causing flip/f;op sounds when foot hit ground. Earlier versions V11 & V12 had flexibility.

These were super comfortable ... so cushy.... until I started walking in them, up and down the hallway. Not really stable, as in if I turned suddenly, I might fall... as in too much cush.... but, sooo comfortable

They feel very different from the last version. But v12 wasn't available when I ordered these. They feel very foamy/cushy and a little unsteady. A previous reviewer suggested they might not be good for seniors. I bought them anyway because I'm on my feet 8 hrs a shift. I wore them for 1 shift and it was ok, but getting home and walking my dog on a brick sidewalk caused an accident - I went down on knees and hands and sprained my wrist. Although I'm very sore it could have been much worse. I will keep my eyes open for a pair of v12 (but not white ones).

It felt too narrow and I've ordered this same size for the last two years

the foam is tall and soft, I was afraid I'd end up rolling my ankle if I ventured outside with them. As well, the right heel felt softer/ess stable than the left. Maybe I just got a bad pair?

Super comfortable when first put on... .very cushiony comfort.... then I started walking in them and felt the stability wasn't there, seems I could be put off balance easily because of the squishy comfort cushion...

These felt so incredibly soft and bouncy, i thought they were perfect! Until I wore them outside. They seem too soft and bouncy, so your legs and feet work much harder than usual. Maybe it’s also because they’re heavier than average too. I’m a very fit person, but my legs were achy after a typical walk. They seem like FitFlops in that sense. I’m returning these.

These shoes looked nice, but after trying them on, they are not for me. I felt VERY UNSTABLE walking in them. Too much foam. Returned them.

The fit and size are so nice, personally I have tried about 10 pairs of shoes for my bunion foot and these worked well for me. I bought a second pair in a different color.

I love NB Fresh Foam X 1080"s. They are comfortable right out of the box. I put orthopedic inserts in mine for improved arch support, but the arch support is good but not as firm as I like it. If you are looking for walking or running shoes with cushioned soles, these are for you. Another positive for these shoes is that the forefoot is wider than many other women's shoes, but the heel is not extraordinarily wide so less slippage.

This is my 8th pair of NB Fresh Foam 1080's. I walk in them every day. I remove the insoles and replace them with orthopedic inserts, as I have hign insteps. I am sure I will buy another pair when these wear out.

These are amazingly comfortable. My feet are very happy with the wide toe box and arch support.

Love these shoes - I can wear them all day without getting tired, feels like I'm walking on air!

These felt amazing right out of the box. They are extremely comfortable and work well on my wide feet. They look a little clunky, but I don't care since they feel perfect.

Most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned. Only complaint is toe box narrow and I had to order a wide, which I’ve never done with any other brand of athletic shoe.

I have long, narrow feet (size 12 in New Balance) and these are extremely comfortable. I'm always worried I'll look like my parents in them (I'm 57) but this color and style seems younger and goes with anything from leggings to jeans to yoga pants and more. I use them for everyday use, walking and very light jogging. No regrets!!

These shoes saved my life. Barely broke them in before a 4 day trip to universal and Disney. Walked 30+ miles, 75,000 steps as a plus-sized person. Between these and my Bombas socks, not a single blister. Feet “hurt” but only in the “wow I’ve walked A LOT today” way. I am 100% sold on these over hokas which rub my feet weird. So comfortable and honestly I think they’re cute!!

I have worn this model for many years, It is perfect for my foot - wide toe box and narrow heel.
