I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I am wanting to swap sizes for my kid. How can I make this happen...I have tried several attempts to reach out and have not gotten any results. Please help asap!

My son is blind and autistic so its hard to find a shoe in general that he accepts and can function with. So far the hey dudes are ok and hes tolerated them for the most part but still with the hesitation he always has when it comes to new things. The reason we are trying them is because I have a few pair of hey dudes and I absolutely love them and just wanted to see if I can get him to enjoy them as well.

After owning 6 pairs this is the first Ive not been satisfied. There seems to be an error with the print which I submitted to customer service upon noticing and have yet to get a response. Top of the shoe near the toe says bottom along with a random design.
