Does not fit to size. I always wear the same size but these were way too big. If you buy, size down as these are made big!

The shoes look great! Just as pictured. However I ordered a size 3 youth for my son and when I received them they were a size 4 :( so they are still in the box and I'm hoping my younger son can maybe wear that size around memorial day or July 4th next year. :( Bummed.

Bought shoes for 12yr old son. They are much lighter in color than they appear online. They show everything! Also, the seam around the toe area is fraying terribly and he has only worn them about a half dozen times.

I returned the shoe it was too small

Too small for what I was expecting.

I bought this as a gift but was the wrong size. When I asked for an exchange for the correct size I was told the purchase was not eligible for a return because it was a final product but that was not to my understanding when I purchased it. Now I'm sitting here with a pair of shoes that cannot be worn. Very unhappy customer.

Shoes are OK, but Spamming SUCKS!!! I had to make a filter to hide their crappy emails

Twice I've been sent the wrong size. I would love to have the shoe in the right size, the size that I ordered it for some reason twice I received the wrong size.

Never received shoes, never got an email that they were out of stock, 15 days after I ordered them I emailed about when they would ship or when I would get them and later that day, got an email that a refund had been issued. POOR Customer service!!!!!

First of all, I have 3 pairs of Hey Dude shoes. I truly love them. I was so excited seeing the Wally Americana shoe in a youth size. I placed an order for a US Y3 and I received a Y4. I returned and ordered a Y3 , three times and still received a Y4. I even spoke with someone who told me to just do an exchange and that they had a Y3 available. Still got the Y4. So very frustrated, I just gave up. Im not sure if Ill order from Hey Dude again. Just disappointing that no one would check why the shoes were being exchanged.
