I opened the box and the box was full of tiny black hair. The shoes had hair inside of them - like someone wore them without socks and walked around in the shoes. I immediately closed the box and promptly returned the shoes. I expect more from a brand like Zappos. Absolutely disgusting experience

Cute and good wide sizes but very flimsy. No support for any type of movement whatsoever. Had to return.

Fell apart in less than 2 months. Holes in the mesh and chunks of outer sole coming off.

Many buyers like to read reviews, posted by users, before squeezing the trigger. I readily admit to this practice. But in private, we decide, right? Did the critique discuss a feature of no interest to me? And we still decide in private. My decision to buy this shoe, in white, for my octogenarian feet, was a trust in the brand, New Balance. I first wore a pair in 2005. After a full day hiking—at an easy pace!—my feet were in perfect comfort. No blisters, no skin lost! Seriously? 20 years later, these same shoes snooze. They are just as comfortable as they were, 20 years ago. That’s my story. I never considered another brand of footwear. May your luck, match. Or exceed, mine!

These are super lightweight and very comfortable. I’m on my feet all day so I need comfort and support. These seem to provide both. More arch support than the fresh foam thick running sole shoes but nothing stiff. I like the look of them as well, pretty versatile style. Very pleased with them so far. (About 2 weeks)

Very comfortable and squishy. Love the material over the top of the toe- it’s almost mesh-like, so it’s great for someone with bunion issues. Great for wide feet with med-high arches.

The day I received them, I ran HIIT for 30 minutes. Best running shoes I have ever owned. Light as a feather; easy on-off; perfect support; grippy. I tried heel striking and mid-foot striking: both felt like cotton. I cannot offer enough praise for this shoe.

I like the lack of hard heel. The slip on heel never digs into the back of my foot like every other shoe.

I was disappointed that the fit of this style shoe ran so much shorter and narrower to the size and width ordered.

I absolutely love this shoe! I wear it all day, as dress shoes! I have the thicker soled fresh foam to run in.

These are great, ordered them for my 5th grader in wide and they're comfortable and fit well.

I like the look and the feel of this shoe. Very light

I got these to replace my previous New Balance Cruz from 3+ years ago. I went with the wider fit and it works great for me. These shoes have minimal break in and a balanced amount of "squish". I'm hoping to get another 3 years out of these. One thing to note is that the wide version of these is very similar to the "regular" width of the v1's.

Super comfy shoes with great cushion. The wide is actually a wide shoe which is great. My new daily sneaker!
