I've owned Columbia gear for decades. The quality has been consistently excellent. I've been wearing a Columbia parka for the past few seasons. I got it before they came out with OmniHeat. It did have the OmniTech fabric and was 100% wind and water proof. It was impervious to anything getting through in a storm. The only reason I replaced it is because I've gained weight and I like to use layers when it's really cold. The new Landroamer Down parka is a serious upgrade. It's lighter and warmer than my old one and has the same quality construction and OmniTech fabric shell. The OmniHeat lining has a warming effect the moment you put it on and the down insulation is excellent. I've never been disappointed with any Columbia product. From boots to gloves to jackets, their tents are great too. Can't wait for it to get cold and nasty outside...

I calculated my size with the size chart and it worked perfectly. It has kept me warm during these cold days. The side pockets also help keep your hands warm.

Good materials but run small, warm enough, stylist.

It is very comfortable and lightweight. Like it very much.

The coat is everything as advertised with one issue: it is shaped for a taller/thinner person. I have a size Small, and I am sure the Medium would be too long. I am not stout but I wish the coat was slightly roomier across the chest and hips. I am tolerating that, as the coat is otherwise excellent, with good cold weather protection features, including the adjustable hood and cuffs, and great pockets.

Perfect for the weather and comfortable. We ordered a size higher to be comfortable with all inners and clothes put on, but was too big.

It's quite warm. Feels well constructed. Small note: The top front pockets have side access with buttons, which is OK. Top access to those pockets with the flaps is not the greatest. Not sure how often they'll be used, but i've had other Columbia parka's with easier access to the top pockets. Wish it came in Navy Blue or Forest Green.

The skin is too thin. The part of outer around front top button, connecting a cap with the parka, was torn after snaping button in a month.
