I've worn these slippers for years and they have gotten worse. The sheepskin inside gets thinner every time I get a new pair. I have always gotten insoles after wearing them for quite a while, now I need insoles within a few months. I loved the sheepskin because you stay warm without getting hot. Now, because the sheepskin is thin, you feel the heat from the material/sole under the sheepskin. I have reported this to customer service in the past with not help. I tried again and my slippers were replaced. That was nice for now, however, the problem is the same, so I will probably be looking for something else. Which is too bad because I use to love them.

I bought a pair of these Ugg slippers. I LOVED THEM. I have had them for maybe a year, and they are completely worn out. There is no fur on the inside and the fur around the edges looks so ratty. Disappointing for how much I paid, I would think they would last longer.

Bought it as a gift for christmas and she loved it, we went to the movies and she was really insistent on taking another pair of shoes because she did not want to get any rain water on them

I was nervous about the sizing since I didn't get a chance to try on in-store. I read other reviews saying to size up but I took a risk and got my regular 6. I would say it is true to size. Not too snug but definitely fitted on the foot. If you want extra room I'd say size up.

I love going out with these when it's cold. Not snow weather, but definitely when it's cold and I want to be warm and comfy.

Bought my 2nd exact same pair after the first ones wore out after 4-5 years.

I love these slippers. Like most Ugg quality they are indestructible and long lasting extremely warm while also cute. I wear them as house slippers and also to go to my doorman for packages in my building in NYC. They will likely last a lifetime with correct care and still be warm and cute 10 years later! They are also are surprisingly lightweight which makes them awesome for moving around. You pay for great quality and beautiful style when you purchase uggs for shoes they will keep you warm in harsh winters and last a lifetime. Thank you! For size ref I have always sized up with uggs my typical size is 6.5 I always buy 7 in Ugg since with the fur and socks the fit is good.

I have always loved my UGG Croquette slippers and I have had many pairs over the years. I wear them all the time at home and even out for a quick errand. They are warm and cozy. Runs large so size down a size (wear an 8 shoe-get a size 7 in UGGs.) I hope UGG will keep up the quality and materials for this slipper (do not skimp on quality materials and cheapen) because this slipper has been wonderful and I look forward to their continued success! Love these!

When I was working remotely I called these my "work shoes. ". I would treat myself every year to a new pair. Guess what I'm retired now and still wearing them. Love these

I purchased the Tazelle and had to return it. Then the Disqutte, same thing, had to return it. Than finally the Croqutte! Jack pot! I found the best fitting slipper ever. These fit and feel great! I absolutely LOVE THEM
