Fit felt a little smaller compared to other New Balance, but overall very happy with shoe. The sole is not as thick and puffy as some other New Balance - which is what we wanted, still cushioned but not so soft that the foot can easily fall to the side of the cushioning.

Cumbersome to place the shoe on!

I bought a pair a half-size bigger and those were way too small. I returned them and bought them a full-size bigger. Still too small! The width was fine, but the length was about a size and a half off. Also, the shoe is sort of awkwardly styled looking down on them and fits sort of loose in the arch area even though the rest is snug. Sending them back.

Fit is slightly narrower in the toe box than other NB shoes, but otherwise fit is true.

New Balance must run small. I always wear a size 10, but these size 10s had my toe scrunched into the end of the shoe.

Disappointed with the smaller fit. But hopeful they will get more comfortable as they break in. I have other models of NB in size 13, wide, and they fit great.

Not very cushiony.

Almost always wear 10.5-wide, needed to go 11-wide on this one. My first time without the traditional tongue... But the sock style tongue feels just right (supportive but not too stiff that it rubs). Medium arch support. Not a lot but also not flat.

I'm done with this brand, they went a full size down where a 12 is likely an 11 or smaller.
