Beautiful shoe just the color wasn't what I was looking for.

The bottom of the shoes are not very foldable, flexible. The bottom is stiff, meaning the shoes are very cozy and warm but I feel like my foot is very straight.

I'm getting ready to return this item because the sizing is way off. I wear a size 7 1/2 in shoes so I sized up to a 9. They are WAY too small? I'm wheelchair bound and diabetic but still have 2 huge blisters on my heels from wearing them only 4 times, just sitting in a wheelchair, no walking! So I recommend to others to size up X's 2!

The shoe is very uncomfortable in the tongue. I was not able to keep the shoe on all day without pulling on the tongue. I also had to take the shoes off a few times.

I think that this is super cute- and I actually love the look. However, everytime the suede rubs against something, it turns green right away. I even returned the light color and got chestnut, but it still has the green hue. The UGG Care Kit helped reduce the amount of discoloration that would show up, but did not eliminate it. Other than that, the shoes are super comfortable and adorable.

The bigger the shoe gets (size) the uglier the shoe gets. Sucks bcuz I loved them but I have big feet I do not recommend for shoe size 7 and larger

Love the shoes. Very cute and well made. Sizing is terrible. I can't even get my foot in them. They run very small. Very disappointed.

Did not lick the fat clumsy shoe laces, they felt very narrow and not as comfortable as their boots

Loved the look of this shoe! But it just didn't fit me right. I half-sized up and shoe was still too small. Truly believe this shoe just wasn't the right fit for my feet. Ordered the mini boot and it suits my feet perfectly!!

It has a beautiful style, but I ordered a half size larger and they still felt tight.

This shoe is very cute but much too narrow. I exchanged it for a different style that worked much better for me. This is my first time reviewing a product as I have been a loyal customer for decades and love UGG boots. My original review criticized customer service for taking away my reward points even though I was told they wouldn't. That review wasn't posted. Bottom line, if you want your review to be posted, do not say a word about customer service.

I ordered these in the color hickory thinking they would be a dark carmel color no these are like ashy light olive/ brown color.

These looked so comfortable online but when I received them I found they run small and very narrow.

I love the she's but I need to exchange them for a bigger size 7.5 or bigger they are beautiful but order a size up.

So these were way too tight for me, I literally had to send them back. I have the UGG Highmel's and they are literally one of my favorite pair of boots/sneakers, but for some reason these Lowmel's were EXTREMELY tight, and not even in a way that I felt like I could break them in, like it was just too uncomfortable. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they really are adorable and I love the design, but I just can't wear them. I would say that if you're willing to try to break them in, order a half a size up or maybe even a whole size. However, if your particular about your shoes and them being too snug or even if you just have a wide foot, stick to the highmel's. I really wanted to love these, it sucks they don't fit. Also, UGG, please make more colors!

Can this color be made in men's version? I tried the women's size 12 and it didn't fit, it was too wide.

I loved this shoe for the looks, I've been eyeing so I was excited when I saw the grey was available.. Finally got them and they are uncomfortable. The shoe hits the bone next to my big toe and it's so uncomfortable.. Too bad I wore it and cannot return..

Although it wasn't what she asked for. The problem was her size (12) could only be bought online but we could not get the sale price like in the store.So unfair. So instead of getting 3 pairs of shoes I only bought one.

I would get a size up I wear 9 and there way to small hurt my feet.

the shoe is very tight around the toes! you really can't wear or walk in these for long, at least that's what it was like for me. and i got a size 9, usually wear an 8.5.

I am a narrow size 5, and the shoe was very uncomfortable and unflattering. My foot was already hurting just trying them on. I agree that they run a full size small because of the thick sherpa lining. I would not recommend them if you have a small foot because they make your feet look shorter and chunky. I am disappointed because the idea is adorable, but the execution did not meet my expectations.
