My daughter is a true size 7, but I had to get her a size 8. They definitely run a size smaller. The color that I purchased for her is called smoked plum. The shoe definitely looks grey! I'm very happy with the color because that's what it looked like in the picture. The name made me wonder if the plum was just not showing up in the photo, but would show up once I received them. That was not the case, and I'm very happy. Just purchased the Valentine pair and waiting for those to arrive.

I bought this shoe - the grey lowmel for my great-granddaughter for Xmas but you were out of the color she wanted in her size so when the new colors came out I checked if she liked those and bought the new grey. She just called to tell me how much she loved and is in her words "Obsessed " with it. She will be 17 in March so this ended up being an early birthday present for her. Getting this reaction from her truly made me happy.

I wanted these last season but they kept selling out. Finally got them, so glad I did an in-store purchase because I tried them on and they are very narrow compared to the classic Ugg boot. I had to size up to a 10. I typically wear a 9. But they're very warm and cozy.

These shoes are even cuter in person. I'm usually a kids 6 in all my Uggs, but these lowmel sneakers I had to get a women's 8. I ordered the sand color and they are perfect in person. The kids 6 was really snug and didn't fit like my ultra mini boots. The shoe is more narrow and I need the extra space on the widest part of my foot. Went with the woman's 8 and it worked out. I took off a star because after wearing for a few hours my foot started to feel slightly uncomfortable. It felt as if I was going to get a blister on my heel. I was wearing long scrunched up socks and it was only happening on 1 foot. I've o my worn them once so hopefully they just need to be broken in. They are comfortable once you put your foot in and start walking around, but a few hours later I could feel my heel rubbing and couldn't wait to get them off.

The shoes are great, but the shoe laces are way too wide. I can't even find ones I can ties that are thinner in width. Kind of disappointed.

Cute, warm and cozy. Love the look

I was so excited when I receive my LOWMEL UGG. I couldn't wait to put them on. They HAVE the traditional soft UGG FEEL. I never want to take them off

I really love these shoes got them in summer for the school year, but when I first wore them they caused, blisters and bleeding at the back of my heel eventually I did break them in but it takes awhile to get used to the pain (true to size Im normally a size 11 and it fit perfectly

Bought these for my daughter. She tried them on and loved them. I immediately got on line and ordered so she couod have for Christmas. I was worried they would sell out . For her they run tru to size. She is a size 9.

I'm a size 6 in sneakers , so I bought a size 6 in these shoes , they're true to size I was hesitant to buy my size base on reviews so I went to a store a tried my regular size which is a 6 and fits perfect , (if you have a regular foot not narrow not wide , I love the shoes They're very comfortable and cozy to the feet

This was a purchase for my teen daughter. She was absolutely thrilled to receive them and loves them more than any other shoe.

Bought these for my child who usually wears a 5.5 but was still a great fit for her. Perfect shoes for my teen.
