I love the way these boots look. Not as comfortable as a sneaker, but comfortable for a boot. Hard to get on and off but I'm really hoping they get easier as they get broken in. By then it will be too late to return so fingers crossed Def run big, buy a 1/2 size smaller than usual

Am I the only person who has a hard time getting my foot into most uggs? Why is the entrance of these boots made so narrow without any stretch? Whoever came up witht the idea of sewing the tongue of a show to the shoe was not the brightest.

The show is nice and comfortable but I'm a size 8 and they were a whole size bigger. I have to now return them and get a whole size smaller.

I really liked them but had to give away, they run super big on me.

It's so hard to find a warm but cute winter boot. I love a combat style boot, so I was so excited to get these. But holy !!!! they are SO uncomfortable. They do say genuine leather so I probably need to break them in but I don't know how I'm going to. Blisters on my ankles, tight on the foot.. I have tried two 30 minute walks in them and I'm in SO much pain by the end of it. HELP. I hope they'll get more comfy..

I like the platform and style of the boots. But they are hard to put on and hurt the top of my feet when walking

The fit is tight need 1/2 size larger.

This UGG Lug boot runs big. I ordered my size, as it says true to size, but unfortunately it is at least 1/2-1 size too big. Disappointing.

I loved the look of these, but the boot is too small and tight over the top of the foot. It made me feel claustrophobic & had to return.

Good material. Shoe is not true to size shoe width is very narrow no stretch in material, hard to put on very comfortable. Will not buy again or recommend especially if you have wide feet.

The shoe was so tight around the ankle. I couldn't get my foot into it. Poorly designed

I should've listened when I read so many comments about how hard these shoes are to get on. I own many pairs of Uggs in different styles but these just hurt to get on. And once they were on my feet felt like they were screaming, but my toes had extra room. They are so cute, I'm very disappointed about the fit. Unfortunately when I try to return them, it's not working either.

I mean they look nice, but god they are uncomfortable. Tight on the heel, around the foot and near the pinky toes. It's not like I'm wearing the wrong size either. It's just feels like no circulation is going through my feet when I put them on. Really confused by the reviews that are raving this shoe.

I was really excited about this boot due to the color and style, but unfortunately, this is by far the hardest boot to take on and off. I pulled every muscle trying to put this shoe on and once I did it was extremely narrow near my arch. I had to turn around on my way to work to get this shoe off because I was in so much pain. I had to return it.

The reason I purchase Uggs is for the fluffy inside. Cute boots but not warm. Returning.

why did they change the way uggs fit and make the foot hole so narrow?

I really loved the look of these boots, I was very excited to get waterproof boot that wasn't clunky and ugly. Out of the box they didn't disappoint. The major downfall was that the shaft is SO SMALL with no stretch I couldn't get the boot on and needed to return. I even had my daughter try these on and she has a narrow foot and skinny ankle and she couldn't get them on wither. All these boots need is a little stretch and I am sure they would be great.
