I would first of all comment on Zappos' incredible service to customers. It took a long time for me to find a show that worked for me and this New Balance shoe was on sale and great cushioning and comfort. I feel like I could wear this shoe all day. For me it's more of a 'every day' shoe with the ability to take it for walking or sports. Not a specialty shoe for me, but can be for runners. Feels very plush and supportive. I will buy again from Zappos and New Balance.

Good shoe, felt better after breaking in for a couple of months,last about 2 years with moderate use

The fit was perfect. My husband usually wears a 9.5 4E or a 10 4E. This pair that he is keeping is a 10 4E. If you are on the 9.5 - 10 shoe size, I would recommend going with the size 10. So Very comfortable! The Grey/Black color is great for summer.

Good fit and width.

Have been a loyal Hoka customer for over 10 years. However, Hoka’s quality has greatly gone downhill the past several years so I was in search of a new brand and shoe. These New Balance shoes in my opinion are better than Hokas and I’m not going back…goodbye Hoka. I hope that New Balance doesn’t change these shoes.

These are good shoes for daily walking of the dog for 1 1/2 miles which happens daily with this household.

I have worn NB running shoes for decades now. Their ‘normal’ width is always perfect for my slightly wide feet. Comfort is always terrific. I’ve had a style or two over the years that weren’t my favorites (860s i.e.). These I love though. Great support and cushion.

instep was too narrow. My foot went over the insole.

Good shoe for the price

Everything about the shoe seems perfect for me EXCEPT; The actual shoe upper is knit and my fear it will stretch and not support. The fear for this is the shoe sits high on thick soles and a stacked heel and sole with a weak upper means "twisted ankle" waiting" to happen. I haven't returned the shoe, but thinking to keep or not to keep!

minimal arch support. top of shoe feels like a teeshirt- no support. great cushion. looks great in size 13

They are ok for the price. They hurt my feet for some reason. They almost have too much cushion. That is a personal thing to me I guess. If you can get for a good sale price, I would recommend. But I wouldn't pay full price personally. They have held up well though.

This shoe runs small

Pretty good shoes for the cost. They do feel a little cheap, but they are $99 shoes. These are good for casual wear, going to the gym, etc. I wouldn't think these would be good for any level of serious running. I would recommend for a more casual role.

Good looking shoes but needs toe space

I honestly never tried the shoes on. When I opened the box the shoes were upside down and untied with no paper stuffed inside. I understand that I’m not the first person to try on shoes but was disappointed how they arrived.
