The product is not good for people with wide feet.

I normally wear a 13 in most brands but these were the narrowest size 13 Ive ever seen. Nearly an inch narrower than the Sketchers I currently wear. I couldn't begin to get my foot in these. I swear they were narrow even for a woman's foot.

Wrong shoe. I ordered a women's size 10 but received a men's 10. Three times!!! Upon receipt of the third wrong order, I went again to the website to re-order a women's 10, but the women's sizes had been deleted. Would have been nice if Someone told me there were no women's shoes in the first place. Would have saved me the time and inconvenience of three trips to FedEx and the aggravation of trying to get answers from the company. It would be very helpful if Hey Dude had a customer service department with a telephone and a person to speak to. I got womens "Wendy Cheetas" which I like fine, but I didn't want two pairs of shoes. I waited for the Sunapee Desert and planned to keep the pair I liked the best. Unfortunately, with three wrong orders, the return by date passed (by one day) and the company refused to extend the date by just a few days even after I explained my circumstances by email several times. My husband ordered two pairs of shoes, and he's pleased with them. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HEY DUDE.
