I'm actually not happy with the color at all. It looks a lot different in real life than it does on the app.

They are uncomfortable, and I would like to return them.

Don't purchase if you have a narrow foot. Your foot will slip and they won't accept a refund.

Went down rather than up a 1/2 size and were still big as clown shoes. Returned them a week ago via FedEx and still havent received my refund. Disappointing!

They fit very loose. Returned them like 3 weeks ago and still waiting on my refund.

Way too big and did a return. Which was fine. It happens. Then the return process has been a nightmare. I still have yet to receive my refund. They received the shoes back 8 days ago today, 6 working business days. Was told the whole process for the return could take up to 21 days.

Too stiff

This company's customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I never found a single person there who is not completely incompetent. I have spent six weeks trying to get my money back for a pair of boots I returned and have mostly just been ignored or insulted by cut-and-paste responses to emails nobody bothered to read. I finally disputed the transaction with my credit card company, and even they said the company was atrocious. The shoes might be fun, they might be cute in that only-a-mama-could-love-them way, but they are seriously not good quality, and the customer service is horrendously bad.

I will never buy from this company again! Biggest mistake I've made in buying shoes. First the sizes are not correct and run way small meaning I had return the shoes because they are too small. Second the customer service in this company SUCKS! Last week I ordered a pair from PUMA on Tuesday, by Thursday I had received three emails from PUMA, the last one stating that my order had shipped and I received the shoes yesterday. I compounded my mistake by asking for an exchange instead of a FULL REFUND and I am told by your customer service that it will be at least three weeks before I get my exchange and that is only after sending various emails inquiring about the status of my order. Being that it was going to take that long to get my exchange, last week I ordered another pair and a week later I still have no information as to when I will receive my shoes. Why can't this company process and ship an order within a day or ordering like PUMA does? Whenever I finally receive these shoes, they will be promptly returned without opening the packages and I WILL NEVER AGAI buy from this company again. BTW, the one star in there because the system won't let me write a review without it. If only I could post a negative star, you deserve 10.

I had to send the product back because there was no way to make the laces tighter. I would had loved these boots if the laces were better. Needed to be much tighter since I have a slender foot but needed the length.

This boot is so wide I have to wear extra thick socks to keep them on. I'm thinking about returning them. It does not say they run Wide or that they are wide boots. I haven't worn them just tried them on. The length is perfect. It took me two months to get them once I ordered them. I had to return my grandson's boots because they were too long and had a credit so used the credit toward these boots. I made repeated calls to see what the holdup was in delivery.

I was disappointed that there's no way to tighten these. My husband's version of the men's boots has a bracket that allows you to tight the laces and hold them in place. I guess on the women's boot you can technically tighten, but there's not bracket to keep the laces where you want them. By the end of our walk, I was stepping out of the boots. Length is not the issue either. It's my typical size, and my toe is at the end of the show. Unfortunately I can't return, but I don't think they're going to be a functional shoe.

I don't like it. It's looks bulky and a bit chunky than normal size, way way bigger. This is my first purchase and I'm not liking it. Not sure If I'll shop this brand again.

I ended up sending them back. I love all my other Hey Dude shoes but these fit very loose and there is no way to tighten them up. They were cute but they looked sloppy since they were so loose
