These boots are adorable, and the comfort is unsurpassed. Based on the reviews (no arch support) I added a pair of amazon-orthotics, in addition to the removable memory foam. As for my '4-star Style' , I wish the black had a contrasting color sole. The overall 'blackness' is just a bit 'eh'.

I returned the 12 which was huge for an 11 and fits perfectly. Comfy, pliable, I love the way they look.

The boots are so sharp - but run to big and wide- my heel would not stay seated- I ordered cord locks tot use to pull the laces tight and keep them way since you cannot tie them off.

I love these boots....I always order a women's 8 in HD. I might have gotten a size 7 if I had bought these in a store where I could try them on. They are a tad on the big side...just a tad...comfortable, but a tad big lol! I love them still!! They look big from the top but in the pics I took, they look cute!!

I have this boots in the wool material and they are a perfect fit BUT these arrived like a men's 9 instead of a women's- only time I've ever questioned sizing as I own 10 pairs of
Hey dudes and thought the packaging or sizing was mismarked. These run HUGE and I still think there was a packaging error and am afraid to order a replacement 9

I have very difficult feet with many issues and pain. I was worried because I ordered them without trying first. The minute they arrived I put them on and walked around. Big toe joint started to ache, so I took out the insoles and put in orthotics and problem solved. Good quality leather completely comfortable with thick socks. I have already ordered the loafers.

These are my favorite boots and I wear them all the time. Super comfortable, easy off and on, and so stylish. I get lots of compliments about them. The one note is that they run large. I typically wear a 9 in boots and an 8.5 in other shoes, but I was a solid 8 in these boots. The nines were quite a bit too big.
