I ordered an 11, since I am a 10.5, but need to use my own arch support insoles, plus I have narrow heels. Although the fit felt narrower than most average width shoes, it was not narrow enough at the heels, which were still slipping a lot. I really liked the gray color, the wool upper and the fuzzy lining, but not the lacing style. There was no way to really tighten up the one-piece elastic lace on each shoe to give the shoes a tighter fit. In the end, I had to return them. I'm going to look for a higher boot with a way to tighten up the laces.

These are cute, warm boots, but they do not fit due to my narrow heels. I usually wear a 10.5 and have narrow heels. I bought a size 11 and put my arch support insoles in, then tied the laces as tight as possible, but they still slipped a lot at the heels. If you have a normal width heel, they will fit you. One note: the laces are elastic and hard to tighten because they have no ends to tie. However, if you buy a cord stop (a little device to hold cords in place), you can easily tighten up the laces and hold them tight. Unfortunately, that didn't tighten them enough to stop the heel slippage for me.

Love the color and fits true to size, but no arch support.
