Loose. Don't like the look. Poor sole comfort. No support. Would not buy again

I called to let you know size 7 was not my size. They would send a size 8. The shoes cam e to me in a 7 anyway very frustrating!!

The shoe looks good but they are uncomfortable.

Very upset, I bought these and wore them twice. Washed them as you are supposed to and the tan parts bleed dye and ruined the whole shoe

Website says sizes run small, false. Sizes run extra wide and extra long. I tried to exchangecfor a size 8. But you wouldn't do it for me and I've ordered from your website before. You lost my business.

I bought these on sale they were too big and they looked like men's. They were not attractive at all and then they said I was unable to return them. I won't be ordering from them ever

One shoe was bigger than the other. So the right side shoe flop off my right feet whenever I wear them. I don't like the uncomfortable feeling so it's a waste of money. And yes I did reach out a couple days later after I received my shoes.

Worst product and not worth $20. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Would rather deal with Comcast or ATT. Don't waste your money. You'd be better off making cardboard shoes

After having problems getting the right apartment number in the address I contacted customer service (by email as no phone number is given) within five minutes. The next day they replied and said the order was already with the shipper so they could do nothing. Shipping info said they had not received it yet. Shoes ended up returned undeliverable. Sent multiple emails to try to get this fixed with no reply. Was the fifth pair of shoes I bought from them but will be the last time. What kind of company has no phone number for customer service?

I returned these shoes with another pair I got at the same time y'all sent me a return shipping label and then you preceded to send me a duplicate of the same shoe that I was trying to return.. anyway I returned all 4 pairs of the shoes with shipping label and sent Fed Ex still have not received my credit so I spoke with Am express and disputed this transaction please take care of this or I won't be ordering shoes anymore Thank you
