I got these shoes with low expectations; to use around the house. I wear a size 13 and, while every shoemaker is different, a 13 usually fits. This shoe is tight, crunches the toes. Don't have this issue with any other shoemaker. Sorry to have wasted money on it.

The shoes I ordered were too big and im still waiting on my exchange. I sent back the ones I got and paid the extra balance, still haven't heard back from them so it's a little disappointing.

Ran small didn't fit

Shoes are at least a size and half small. Then when I tried to exchange them for a bigger size they wouldn't honor the original price (discounted due to coupon). Not a good experience.

Over priced junk very poorly made uncomfortable.Definitely not worth what I paid.

I wanted to send them back! Not at all what I ordered.

I did not like the sport mesh . I mailed them back on January 8th to exchange for the classic Wally's. It s now Jan 21st and I haven t gotten any updates as to if my return has been received or new pair mailed out.

Terrible

Shoes are not true to size ordered a size up and they still are tight.

I got them around the beginning of the year and only have wear them a handfull of times and there are stitching is already falling apart. but Im not going to not buy them anymore but this is my second pair that has done this

The right show is a little shorter than the left but it's enough that it's uncomfortable to wear. Both shoes have size 10 labels but you can see the difference in length when you hold them up together. I've purchased over two dozen Hey Dudes and this has never happened before. Very frustrating.

Too small, regifted to my son who wears an 11.

My husband wears a size 11, has never had a size 11 be small on him. These size 11's were at least an inch smaller that any of his other shoes and don't fit.

The packaging cheapened the purchase. I called customer service and was told they've switched to bags to protect the environment. I thought cardboard was more biodegradable than plastic bags. Will not buy these online again!

They hurt the top of my foot cause the strings so short. Worst pair I have ever bought. To be quite honest the customer service was terrible as well when I tried to get new strings.

Why are the mens shoes in12m and not just a 12 I had to return them because of that

Large uncomfortable bump on the insole, I contacted customer support and they said they are out of stock and can't send a replacement insole. I asked about an exchange or refund last week and there was no response.

Not very comfortable wouldn't waste my money on these again.

The shoe didn't fit like my other Hey Dudes. I wear a 12 and this one was to small

4th pair of shoes I have bought, 2nd pair with quality issues within the first 30 days. Will not buy Hey Dude shoes again due to poor quality and lack of customer service to fix issues.

Just thrown in a bag no box nothing

Terrible shipping process and cancel my order due to lack of answers why my order did not ship after 10 plus days. Will never try and order directly from Hey Dude again.

These are not wear able. They squeak very annoying

I was super excited about this and they never got to me and shipping company said they had the wrong address and it was the correct address. They never attempted to deliver it again and sent them back to hey dudes.

I've sent 4 emails to customer service attempting to return them and have yet to receive a response. Super disappointing because the produce is great.
