The shoe is comfortable but I dont think it will last long. I wore them three times before I noticed a busted thread on the top of one. I reached out to customer service and havent heard anything back yet.

The only bad part of these is the laces they don't have the normal end and fall out easily and are a lot looser then older versions

They run a lil small in size I ordered my shoe size but they are tight should have ordered a half size bigger

These were entirely too big and do not go by shoe size!

Very comfortable. Just run small.

Feels like a sock pulled over a foam flip flop. Wish I would've known before I ordered because I have friends who have HeyDides and love them but they are canvas. I didn't realize these were completely different material and thought it was just the style

this material tends to run small apparently and therefore I ended up with a pair of shoes that were too small and unable to return

They run one size too big. All the shoes I have purchased have fit perfectly. These not so much. Tried getting a hold of customer service to exchange them and haven't had any luck.

I wear a 10.5 in most brands of shoes. Apparently in HeyDudes I wear 12s. I bought a pair of 11s not knowing that HeyDudes sizes aren't normal. By the time I was able to return them, the size 12s had sold out in the pair that I had wanted. On top of all of this. The return process is super annoying. They ship through FedEx and make you print your own shipping label. I don't own a printer so I had to run around to 3 different FedEx locations before I was directed to only a few locations that have a label printer. It was an absolute wild goose chase and then on top of ALL OF THAT. they take up to 2 weeks to issue a refund AFTER they've recieved the return. Which i still have not recieved. So here I am. With no shoes and still don't have my money back. This has been the worst shoe buying experience I've ever had.

Unfortunately they must be incorrectly sized and way too big. Unusual because always wear this size Did not remember they are final sale

They are tight. I tried to change sizes but nobody will get back to me.

I never received my entire order and customer support never returned any of my 4 emails!

Never got delivered after being charged for them. Emails were never answered by customer service team.

Never got a product. Why would I rate it well. I paid and no response.

I received the complete wrong shoe and size. It has taken me 3 weeks and I haven't received my refund yet. The return process was complicated and not handled properly since they shipped the total wrong product.
