I ordered this shoe in a size 7 1/2 and 8 N, my usual size. There was no distinct difference in these two. Both were so short my toes almost went off the edge. I like this design so much I tried the same shoe in an 8 1/2 and, oddly, there was no difference in all three pairs. The length was too short and my toes were at the end in exactly the same way. Sorry to have to make another return since I really wanted to have these shoes for summer into fall. I wondered if the shoes were mismarked. Have never had this happen before.

Nice shoe, comfy but too narrow and I typically wear narrow

I have been wearing shoes in this basic style for five years if not longer. I have actually glued the heel lining into place! I’ve searched and searched for the same style. This is as close as possible and it is very comfortable,fits as I had hoped and I’m hoping to wear these for a good long time.

Once I owned two pairs of shoes similar to these, and wore them out, they were so perfect for all kinds of occasions. Easy to slip on and because of the open toe, could look good with dressy and casual wear. I like everything about these except that they run short. With narrow feet it's very hard to find shoes in slim and narrow sizes. These fit well except that my toes were over the end. To get the fit you want my suggestion is to order 1/2 size up.

I love the soft leather of this shoe. They are very comfortable. However, I wish I had been able to get wide. I believe the leather will stretch a bit. They are attractive shoes and will comfortably provide me with something a little dressier than I normally wear.

Absolutely love the look and feel of this shoe, so soft and great addition to my summer sandal options. Full disclosure, these run small and narrow. Those with wider feet may want to opt for wide width. I normally wear an 8M. Based on reviews, I ordered two larger sizes, an 8.5M and a 9M. The 9 fit perfectly. There was not a dramatice difference in length between the two, but the 8.5 was definitely tighter across the toe box. If you can adjust for the size quirks, highly recommend!

I usually wear an 8 but I read online a review from someone else that said order 1/2 size larger. I ordered an 8 1/2 and they fir beautifully!

The Softwalk 'Cypress' is such a cute shoe that I decided to re-order to get another size. The sizing is not standard, because it is definitely smaller than marked in both length and width. Also, not sure what is going on with the packaging in the last year or 2, but these shoes again had no tissue or cardboard to hold the shape of the shoe, and it was in another plain box, with the message that "the original box was damaged". Zappos has had the best customer service previously. The orders are usually received very quickly.

The shoe itself if very nice and seems comfortable. I ordered 1 size up and my toes hung over the top. They don’t have the next size available at this time so they have to go back.

Loved the cork shoe. I was so happy it came in narrow. I ordered an 8 which I felt may work better if I got the 8 1/2. I ordered the 8 1/2. The order was confirmed. I returned the size 8. A few days later I was told the 8 1/2 was not available. I was left without any. Very disappointed.

Good quality

Even narrow shoes are sometimes too wide for my foot, but these were actually too tight, and at the same time run short because I did order them 1/2 size longer than usual. The packaging was sub-par, in a shabby box with no packing tissue for shape in the shoe, are around. However, I will try again & hope that Zappos will come through better next time.

I have a little bit of a wider foot, and unfortunately these were just way too narrow, even with a medium width. The shoes’s quality was great; the leather is so soft. I’m disappointed that my size wasn’t available in a wide width.

Definitely not worth $114. The style was cute, but they weren't super comfortable.

Loved this style and was so happy to find them in Narrow. However, the heels were so loose that I couldn’t take 5 steps without them flopping and the shoe coming off. Terribly disappointed that I have to return them.

In general these are really cute shoes. To make sure I got a pair that fit I ordered the two sizes I normally wear. Both fit the same---short. In fact, the size 8N fit was the same as the 7 1'2N. If anything, the 8 was smaller because the "knot" of material in the design that crossed the top of my foot was bigger and rubbed. But the appearance deserves an A+.

I could barely even get them. I got my regular size and they were so tight. I also order a wide and noticed absolutely zero difference! I was extremely disappointed.

So disappointed that this shoe is sized incorrectly. I bought a 9.5N and exchanged for a 10N. I barely see the different in length of the shoe. The 10N is still too short. It's rare to find a stylish narrow shoe, but since it doesn't fit, I'll need to return it.

As others have said, these run VERY small, and narrow. I ordered half a size larger than my normal size, and they still felt a full size too small. Returning.
