I really, really want to love these shoes because they are so comfortable! I generally wear a size 9 and all my other Crocs (sandals, boots, heels) are size 9 as well. But this shoe in a W9 is so ginormous that it looks like I'm wearing clown shoes! While this is a very comfortable shoe they are a bit heavy and quite snug - so snug that I feel like if I go down a size I may not be able to get my foot in it. Nevertheless, I'm going to try a size 8 and hope that it fits and doesn't look like a clown shoe.

They're so cute and stylish! The platform gives it a little edge and the fur makes it so cozy and warm.

I love how comfortable it feels. It's also really cute. It does run big, so I had to return mines to get a small size. I'm a 7 1/2 so I bought an 8, but it felt big so I returned it and purchased a 7. I haven't received it yet. But hopefully it'll fit perfectly. But overall I enjoy these shoes

Why can't Crocs stick with the basic design where the base of the foot touches? And then if they want to make some thing as attractive as this pair Stick with the basic comforter design of the original Crocs versus adding a wedge to this beautiful shoe! Normally a size 11 in basic crocs Had to go with a size 13 on these. Might wind up just using them as slippers difficult to walk in-because of feeling of a platform shoe-they are so large it's impossible to drive a car without touching the gas pedal and the brake at the same time. Still not sure for a winter shoe why they have holes in the sides.

Meh. Too heavy and since I couldn't get a half size the heavy shoe doesn't fit well and works over my ankles from the weight and the looseness combined. I made an error I only make once every 10 years. I ripped open the package, tossed everything and then found out I can't wear these. Yep..even tried thick socks. This is a bust. It gets 3 only because they are cute.. to sit around and collect dust.

They had extra heel did not notice but good quality

I'm trying to return mine. I need to get another size bigger.

Doesn't feel very comfortable

These are quite heavy to wear but seem to be warm. They have a higher foot bed and it is hard to get used to.

Just MEH. Not nearly as comfy as I had imagined. Fairly disappointed, but once you break them in they aren't SO bad. However, the only reason I haven't sent them back is because of how terribly annoying the return/exchange process is with crocs smh.

The shoe is extremely comfortable but they shed. I have had them for a few weeks now and hoped the shedding would be temporary but no such luck.

I love the look- thry are really cute and I get comments galore- but my feet hurt after acouple of hours. I wish they fit like the fur candles I got a year ago. Not so soft. Harder material

Wanted a pair to use as houseshoes. Thought these would have a harder sole. Which they do. Unfortunately there is no arch support or enough padding on bottom of shoe. Would not recommend if you have foot issues..

Not as comfortable as I hoped. Feet aren't cushioned like in other cross!

I get lots of compliments, but they're not as comfortable as Crocs should be.

I have had these crocs for a month now they do keep your feet warm and they do their job but after a while of wearing them it starts getting uncomfortable. I have owned many crocs and they are all comfortable but unfortunately this one is not very comfortable or the best. I do like the style tho so I'll give them that.

Hurt the top of my feet
