Not true to size, bought this item twice and had the same problem.

Not true to size.

The strap broke in a week.

I tried on right shoe in store and a good fit. Got home and the left shoe fits so small. Very uncomfortable-Feels like I'm wearing 2 different sizes though both are same size. Not happy I paid what I did for a pair of shoes I forced myself to wear for the weekend while on a family vacation. Beware

I ordered US 9 size and its too big size for me. Will never order online from crocs

They do not fitway too big even though all my other crocs are the same size.

Fit 2 sizes bigger than my other crocs and I had to pay the return shipping. Unacceptable.

I like the style but this shoe comes super weird !!! Run huge also the right shoe run half size larger than left I wish yours can change it soon

These were not as I expected. They fit extremely big & heavy on my feet.

When I first wore them I noticed pain in the base of the outside three toes of my right foot, pain that wasn't there before trying them and pain which doesn't happen with any of my other footwear. After wearing them daily that pain is now persistent even when wearing no shoes. They have injured me.

Buyer beware! Do NOT waste your money on these Echo clogs. They run large and don't fit as well as the original version of crocs. I adjusted my order and sized down but after 3 weeks I started experiencing knee pain and swelling. I stopped wearing the Echos, went back to my Brooks and now there is NO pain or swelling. You can not get a refund once you wear the shoe but how else will you know if it doesn't fit right? Crocs you need to change your policy; it makes no sense.

Sizing is way off. Ordered a size 9 and it can't fit at all. Not sure if the 8 would either. My foot is measured at size 9

Went to put it on like the 2nd or third time I wore it and the strap tore it's hole, I just wanted a replacement and was told you wouldn't because you didn't have the same color in stock, literally any color would have been fine but no, had to wait a week for a refund and then try and find another deal to get a replacement pair, still not happy with the way the situation was handled and I think the secure point could be made a lil more robust

Why are there no small sizes ? When are shoe companies going to realize not everyone has big feet Some of us need our size 4/5

It's not secure! In an emergency caring for patients it doesn't hold your foot in the shoe and the back doesn't fit around the foot and no adjustment to tighten. My regular size is too big and to size down is too small. Pretty shoe love the thickness but it doesn't work in my line of duty being a Peds Nurse. I really wanted this to work for me but I couldn't. Sending it to a shelter for someone to wear.

I have multiple pairs of Crocs, all size 9M/11W. I ordered these online and now I have to pay to return them due to the ridiculous fit. The closest crocs store is an hour away from me. I should not be paying out of my refund to return these. Do not buy these online unless you've tried them on.

In Twenty years of wearing Crocs was excited to see new styles. Unfortunately in the effort to be stylist (Bembury Influenced) they were influenced by his fit also. Crocs these are not. Very disappointed in the sizing changes. Do not order without trying on!!!

They are extremely conformtable they are not durable at all. After 3 weeks of use the left crock ripped on top of the heal strap hole causing one side of the heal starp to fall out on one side. I'm disappointed because they were expensive. They seem to be made out of a lighter weight material than the standard crocks.

Ordered a six and it was to small ,so order a 7 after and it was to big

It's not true to size I brought a 7 and it's more like a 7.5 or 8 very disappointed

Run really big

They ripped within the first 2 months of my son wearing them. Granted his a child and probably playing in them however his normal crocs never ripped this easily
