I'm currently needing to wear a brace on my left foot/ankle, so the left shoe needs to be about a size larger than the right for now. Also, this makes my left foot a good bit wider than my right foot, which is narrow. The wide toe box, the soft rubber piece at the open heel, and the adjustable velcro straps all make this a perfect pair of shoes to accommodate this set of factors. The rubber shoe and all terrain soles make this good for safely navigating in the garden. My feet feel supported, and the left shoe is helping to keep my foot aligned so the ankle injury can continue to heal. This is wonderful for me. The only drawback is my big toe hits the end of the shoe in a way that rubs, but a bandaid mitigats that so I dont need to get a size larger. This is the only other pair of shoes I've found which accommodate all the factors right now.....Birkenstocks has a pair with extra tread and open back with a strap (ie very similar design) which works too, but I prefer not to use those in the garden so I have one pair of shoes that look a little better for outside the house. Thank you Crocs and Zappos.

My husband loves them & says they are perfect!! Good for quick dog walk in the winter with the cushy inside.

These were a replacement to a well worn pair of Crocs for my husband. He loves these - I love the adjustable heel strap

I was excited about these Crocs. I have problem with the tops of my feet and my toes. They are very sensitive and I can't stand having anything on my toes. These Crocs were nice and soft and cushiony but I ordered my normal size 11 and there were a bit too short. I exchanged for a 12 and they just didn't fit right. The 12 was too big and rubbed on the inside of my ankle. Ended up returning. Love Zappos! They make it easy to try shoes and return them, which is important for a person with painful arthritic feet.

Love crocs. I wear a 7.5 in regular shoes so I usually get a 7 in crocs but because of the fleece lining I also ordered a size 8. The 8 fit perfectly.

I typically wear size 16 Crocs, but these were too small with the lining and the back of my foot hung out the shoe. I had to go a size up.

I'm generally a 10.5 in everything and I've never worn crocs before, so I went with the suggestion in the reviews and ordered the 11s which were too small - my toes pressed against the front. I then tried the 12s which were so big I walked out of them. Oddly, I also ordered the classic crush in a size 10, and they were perfect. Other than the poor fit, they seem comfortable.

It’s a Crocs issue not Zappos. The straps at our heel is not Velcro for the entire strip. Beautiful shoe and cozy and comfy with an awesome color. I needed the back strap to fit better. It’s a small section at both ends with Velcro. I’m going to keep them and figure it out. True to size but I’ve not purchase a Crocs shoe to wear in my nursing career that fits my heel for many years.

One shoe fit correctly and one was much too small. I need two shoes to fit to size. Need to return. Have ordered another pair of crocs to try. Have received one pair which will work but would like a different style. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit and Zappos gives me a choice. I try on and if need be I quickly return.

Mildly comfortable shoe. The Croc's lining is polyester, not allowing airflow inside the shoe. This causes the feet to become overheated/hot; and not comfortable. If the Croc's lining were designed with cotton material, the airflow and temperature would be more pleasant. Can't return after wearing around the house for a few weeks. I would not recommend it if your feet tend to get warm easily.

The material was much stiffer than my other crocs. Additionally, I ordered a full size larger than normal and the instep was still too tight to get my foot into the shoe. This meant that the ridge at the heel was hitting the sole of my foot at the heel. All in all, they were very uncomfortable. The fuzzy lining felt insubstantial and felt like it would start to pull away from the shoe very quickly.
