Fall off my heels as I walk which makes it uncomfortable to walk

shoe is oversized so my size was too large and the shoe makes your feet look massive.

I loved how these slippers looked, but they did not have a good fit. Every time I walked, my heels lifted up and out of the slippers. They are a heavier slipper too, so the slippers not staying on my feet made me feel like I was about to trip. I sent them back and exchanged them for a different style that I've previously purchased.

I had to return these because they slip off the heels when walking, making them awkward and uncomfortable. Too bad because they were super cute and cozy.

I was so excited for these to arrive but they were ridiculous clown shoes and I had to send them back! So sad because they were on sale! Not super comfortable either because of how bulky they are. Don't recommend them. My friend bought them too and had the same reaction

I like the height it gives me, and the design but it hurts my feet wearing too long. It's like walking on flat hard boards. I'm thinking of returning them to get a different style that's hopefully more comfortable. Very warm shoe though. Size 8 didn't fit, I wear an 8.5. 9 at first worked but is now a little floppy.

I really liked the style of the shoe, but not as comfortable as other uggs. I should have just got the boot style instead.

Something is wrong with the design of the sizing. I absolutely love the look and feel of it but I have to hold it on with my toes even though the length is fine. I will be exchanging them for courses unfortunately.

I absolutely love these Uggs. They are super cute. I was so disappointed in the way they are made. My heal slips out every time I walk. I bought a size 7 which is my normal size for Uggs. I even tried them with socks. I hate that I have to return them. I wish the back was made just a little bit higher so my heal would stay put.

They look like oversized slippers on. Not a traditional ugg boot look. Disappointing

These are soo heavy to walk in all day. Definitely not like the classic uggs that we love so much. The weight of the platform is tiring, definitely can't wear these everyday.

I was so excited to purchase these, I thought they looked amazing in the photos. In real life I'm disappointed. They are great quality and I love the color way, but like some others have said they do absolutely look and feel like clown shoes. I am a huge fan of platform shoes but these just aren't working for me. They make your foot look gigantic and are hard to walk in. I usually wear a 9.5, I bought a 10. It's a little hard to get my foot into and feels tight, but still slips every step because the platform is so heavy. Going to exchange these

I am a 8.5-9 in shoes; got a 9 in these but immediately noticed the heel slipping when I walked. I returned for a 8 which fit super tight on my toes, but I figure they would stretch out. I wore them around and still had the same problem of them slipping up on my heels (with or without socks). Im not sure if they are supposed to be like this or maybe i would just prefer a taller boot. Nonetheless i love the color and they are adorable. Would be nice if ugg had half sizes!

Need a bigger size

Tight snug fit. Not comfortable. Too much fur inside. Might be good for narrow feet.

For a size 9, I looked like I was wearing boats on my feet. I wanted to like them but they were terrible looking

Big and clunky. Not comfortable at all. Very stiff and awkward to walk in.

I receive my Uggs with the front of the shoe being wet and full with wood chips, I tried to talk to customer service about and they did nothing at all. I wanted atleast a partial refund due to the fact it's a used shoe and I can not order another pair because they are sold out everywhere. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my life with the fact they just left me to deal with and not even offer help or any suggestion to fix the situation. They just not approved me for further help. Customer service and supervisors are terrible, the fact I got sent used Uggs and paid full price is even worse. I have the photos and I had the chat of talking to Ugg trying to straightened out. Becauseful!!! Check your shoes!!!! Uggs send used Uggs without even cleaning. How could this happen???? I want my money worth. They only offer 10% off next purchase bull. Damage shoes for full price wow. The shoe is very comfortable and true to size.

These are horrible and way to heavy

They slid off the back heels so I returned them.
