I've warn them 3x and the inside fur is shedding and falling apart like crazy. Its clumps coming out and the stitching is loose.

Not with the hype or the money. Just a trendy fad.

I'm normally a size 5. I ordered size 6 and I'm glad I ordered size 6, but I'm still thinking returning them. Why? Because they are TOO stiff and not able to walk. I know their pictures look so cute on social media, but if you're planning to wear them on a day to day basis, I strongly recommend you to NOT buy these. Listen to what mama say. Okay?

I LOVE uggs and I have had my eye on these , my girls finally got them for my bday and total disappointment! They are SO STIFF and WAAAAY to small .. I'm normally a 6.. I put them on walked half way through the mall and literally my ankles feet and legs were CRAMPING so badly I had to take them off (literally the first time I haven't been able to pull off the pain is beauty motto ) I ran into journeys and opted for a bigger size my feet aren't even wide and the 7 was the same! Only this time I had to combat with them slipping off my feet bc ultimately I'm a 6 not a 7 but the stitching at the top of the foot makes them so tight up top there that they are unbearable! I feel so bad that I had to tell my daughters the shoes I have been begging for for months, are horrible and need to be returned .. for Uggs and their normal comfort level, these failed miserably . And trust me and trust the other reviews when we say they HURT , pain I have never encountered before .. I'm just so disappointed bc they really are cute but comfort wins here, I have worn stilettos more comfortable than these , I would rather walk barefoot through hot coals than to wear these shoes and I'm not even being dramatic , the pain In my legs and feet haunted me throughout the night and when I tried to go to bed, it felt like I had a charley horse in both feet and ankles sorry ugg I have NEVER had any complaints in an ugg shoe and I have worn the moccasins , the boots (all sizes) the sneakers , slippers ect these were probably the worse design ever made by ugg at least don't do the stitching the entire way through the top bc it stops any kind of give or stretch that this shoe could have had to make the comfort a little more wearable it's a nope for me( and I should add I'm only 40 years old, and a stay at home mom , it's not like I have feet issues bc I don't ) ps . Can something feel to big but yet feel to small at the same time? Bc that's what it felt like when I had to go to a size 7

I really wanted to love these, but as a long time UGG owner, the think I like is the comfort and these shoes did not deliver that. They were stiff and uncomfortable. I even sized up because my true size felt too tight, but even the larger size didn't help.

These are the most uncomfortable Ugg boots I've ever purchased. They're so cute, but my feet keeps coming out when I walk. I regret buying these honestly

This doesn't have anything to do with the shoe but their support team is not helpful and the site is wonky. Their coupon redemption is completely useless and a waste of time. Not gonna support a this company that makes you spin your wheels! very frustrating.

These were clearly worn and returned, and there was no quality assurance done before shipping them out to me. I am so grossed out - sheepskin is not exactly the kind of fabric you want to received previously worn. I went on the chat and they just gave me their standard "here are the instructions to exchange" - completely disinterested, apologetic or offering any explanation for how something so obvious could have been missed. Now that I see how many negative reviews there are on this product, I understand that they probably receive a lot of returns of this product, so chances are pretty high they're just sending out previously worn shoes. A note to Ugg customer service - provide your team with better options than just telling people to return. Let them be human, and probably offer up a credit or some sort of apology when you've shipped someone worn shoes with another person's hair in them.

These are hard. Period. No flexibility. They are being returned.

They are sooooo cute. I just love the look, but they're very narrow and I agree with the other reviewer that trying to shove your foot into these with the vice-like restrictive braiding on top is nearly impossible. Also, your heels coming up and out as you walk is another sad fact. I think the design is just very poor and not realistic. The lip on back should be much higher so your heels don't lift up and out. Perhaps the sole should be more flexible to prevent that, too. The braid is so tight against your foot - it's not conducive to putting the shoe on much less wearing or walking in them. Just sad. I really think they are adorable and would have been so happy if they fit and were wearable. Wonderful aesthetic appeal, just poorly executed.

I bought my normal size and couldn't even get my foot in the opening because the stitching make it so narrow.

This could have been easily made without the use of the sheepskin?? Where is your move to vegan / plant based options? Why have any on it? Cute design, but really bothers me when you are talking about being environmentally friendly and yet are still killing and using dead animal skin?
