Love the shoes but the tongue has a tendency to move towards the inside of the shoe. Just a little frustrating!

I have had many pairs of tennis/hiking shoes and the main problem is keeping them laced up and tied. These shoes have D-rings that allow me to pull the laces tight and tie them so they stay that way. I've worn them only a few times, but with considerable walking and they are comfortable, supportive and stay tied!

I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes from y'all and overall they are very good! However all three have had problems in the tongue, it always shifts to the outside. The first 2 pairs both shoes did it, on the last pair, only one did. Do y'all have a problem installing tongues in shoes???

These shoes are sharp looking. Even though they were too narrow for me and I had to return them, I'm still giving them 5 stars because of how much I liked the style, color, and materials. I hope someday they will be available in a wide width option. I would definitely purchase them again.

Sturdy, comfortable and stylish. I have a high arch and need a wider shoe at the balls of my feet and these fit perfect.

I bought these for my 16 year old son, he has not sent out the door without his Obz since received. He love the fit and says the feel better with every day he's wearing them, he loves his Obz!

Very wide looking on my foot; almost cartoonish. The tongue goes all the way down which I dont like. I returned them.

Got these as an everyday work shoe. They are much studier than I expected. Definitely not a lightweight everyday shoe. However, I love the more rounded toes and the quality of the shoe. They don't make shoes this good anymore. My shoes usually last 1 year, however, I expect a much longer time for these. 3 months in and they still seem new.

Another great casual hiking shoe from Oboz! Oboz Men's Beall Low Suede Hiking Shoe is exceptionally comfortable. I've worn this shoe all day with absolutely no foot pain or fatigue ... and I have Plantar Fasciitis so I'm very particular about my shoes. These are almost as comfortable as a high quality running shoe, yet are definitely a more substantial shoe--more than up to taking on your favorite trail. Sizing is exact, no need to size up or down. Finally, they have a great look ... much better in person that how they appear in the listing. Highly recommend these amazing shoes!

This is a great shoe and I would go 4.5 stars if I could. This is very close to a semi-rugged hiker, minus a heavy lugged sole and water proofing. You didnt want or need that with this shoe though and that is exactly what makes it fill the gap you were hunting. It looks good in person with Jeans/Khakis, it doesnt matter. The leather/suede outer is thick, rugged and doesnt show marks from abrasion easily and should be a geat Fall/Winter kicker. The wide sole is great with an all purpose, mild pattern that does well for me in all situations. The tongue is thick , cushy and it pressed down some on my big toes at first which brought concern, but a few days later after break-in and these may be the most comfy Oboz I own.

I love Oboz shoes - - I own several pairs. I tried this model in two sizes and I was very disappointed with the construction of the shoe. The tongue intruded into the toebox and it was very uncomfortable. I'm hoping Oboz will go back to the design, and make the necessary improvements. I would try this model again.

Very comfortable. Shoe tongue is only sewn about an inch across the bottom and so it moves during wear. Would like it to have the whole width of the tongue sewn in similar to my sneakers so that it would stay straight.

These shoes are so comfortable . The fit is fantastic and the new color is really great. Very attractive.

These shoes are comfortable from the start-no break in needed. I like the way they look too.

I love every pair of oboz except these. The tongue to very bulky with an oversewn seem on the inside that is not smooth and is overall uncomfortable. The rest is the shoe is fine.

Excellent fit and comfort right out of the box.

Definitely not a "light weight casual" shoe. I'd call this a light hiker, or a sturdy casual shoe. Fits true to size. Looks cool, like a "traditional boot" room in the toes (why I purchased it)

I have worn Oboz for several years and never had an issue. The Beall Hiker was new to me but I ordered my normal shoe size only to discover they don't run true to size. I returned them.

It has a lot of potential; but it needs a few minor alterations.

Try as I might I just can't get these shoes to be comfortable. I have tried different socks, insoles and lacing them differently but I just cannot make them comfortable. They are well made & look nice
