I would only buy this product I lived in a colder climate area.

It was too big and bulky. I could barely walk in them.

Ordered these a size up and they were still too small. Submitted an exchange for a bigger size but could not get them because the warehouse too over two weeks to process my return.

These Uggs are super cute, but they run small. I am always at a size 7 and I had to ship them back for the eight. If you're going to wear socks, trust me, you need the size up at least one and possibly two sizes. The sizing is totally off on these.

First thing let me say the color is really everything I love it However I just couldn't love the boot. The extra layer of sole the platform look is making it look extra big and frumpy I don't like it. I'm going to return please make this color with the regular size sole thank youuuuu

I AM SO UPSET!! I just got my boots in the mail and they are waaaaaayyyyy too small!! I am always and consistently at 7 in Uggs and have purchased 30 or more pair of Uggs over the years for my family and myself. The sizing off! And now they are sold out of the size 8 in the burnt cedar. They are beautiful but size up one or maybe 2 sizes! Ugg-- you must be more consistent so we don't have to go through the return process!

The boots run small, felt very snug on my foot. I wear a size 8 and got a 9 according to reviews and they were still to tight! I returned the item via USPS but I am still waiting for my refund. I am wondering why it's taking so long to get my refund!!!

Warm and cute but really bulky I don't really like them personally

They are too big for my legs. They are not like the regular uggs. I have small calves and these particular uggs make my legs look funny. Not for small legs at all. But they are cute. Ugg should make a size slim for small legged people...lol no but seriously

I didn't expect the boot to be so heavy. They are very heavy and feel like you are dragging around in them.

Love how great the boots look, but much like everyone else has said. You need to size up in these boots. First it is hard to slide your foot down because the ankle part is firm and not soft. The plush lining is full, which is a positive, but then your toes will be pinched. Bottom line, size up. Currently processing an exchange

Idk why the girls in the reviews were saying to size up. Bc I did & unfortunately these turned out go be a huge fail for me. From first glance pulling out of the box the boots appeared HUGE & guess what it fitted exactly like that. I should've just stayed true to my size or even sized down. For all my girls w/ small narrow feet. These boots are cut big. I understand what they mean initially when you slide your foot in the boot it does appear to be tight. But for me once I got my foot in , I was able to wiggle my toes around. There was way too much space surrounding my toes for my liking. I'm sendin it back

I received my boots but they run very small! I returned for and exchange, to get a size up but and I'm yet to receive it in the mail..

Love the style but they run small and I refuse to go to a size 10 so I returned them!

I wanted a tall boot so I decided to try the Chillapeak. I loved it but was extremely disappointed that it couldn't fit. I wear a size 8.5 and I but a 9 since Uggs doesn't come in half sizes.. If I had known I would try a 10. But my other UGG's boots are 9, so this was a bomber for me. My disappoint didn't end there. I returned the boots for a refund going onto 4 weeks now, and the return item is yet to reach that I may receive my refund. I don't think I will be shopping on UGG website. It is easy to purchase an item but because of the carrier they use for return. I am yet to receive my money. UGG you need to do better. I am very disappointed.

These are SO HUGE feels like big heavy balloons around my legs!

I love how the boot look. BUT, they over compensated the platform bottom of the boot and took away a lot of the space for where your feet are supposed to be/ fit. So when you put the boot on it feels way too tight, like overly snug. You can't move/wiggle your toes. I also feel as though the platform has extra material so that it's a little bit higher than your normal plat. Maybe I feel that way because of the tightness of the boot! But I did get my regular size 7. If they had a 7.5 I think this would've helped me out. But they don't so it didn't and they had to be returned sadly ~:((( Hope this helps ladies!

Would advise a size up doesn't fit like normal uggs.

My mom ordered these as a gift for me and I was so anxious to get them in the mail , shipping didn't arrive on time but that's okay , once they finally arrived I tried them on I was so pleased, it wasn't until I wore them to work I noticed how uncomfortable they'd become. The back of my foot has red sore spots due to the small amount of fur inside the back ankle are where the Ugg imprint is so unfortunately I have a pair of uggs I'll never be able to enjoy

I'm not sure what happened to the original Ugg brand, but the material of this boot looks and feels cheap. The boot runs small (which I've never experienced) and they are too bulky. If bulky is what the designer is going for, then so be it. I do not like this style of boot.

I was so excited when my boots arrived. I ordered a size 9. I I've been wearing uggs for many years and always bought a size 9. I never have to try them on cause I know they fit. But these are too small. I'm so disappointed because a larger size is not available. In any color. I really wanted these boots so bad!

These are adorable online and in person but they run SMALL and TIGHT! I am a size 9 in Bailey Bow Uggs but these were very uncomfortable. I stalked the site for a month for a larger size and they hardly seem to Restock. I decided to send them back for a different style that I had to order in size 10 to fit. Ugg, what's the deal with the small running boots? Hate it!

I had difficulty putting my feet in the boots. Iam now to stretch them and hoping for the best. They are good quality.
