So the product I received had a tuff of fur missing on the outside design, and the fir did not feel soft, it felt ruff and Wiry. The boots are adorable online, and them whem you put them on they are allot different. The boots rub against each other when you walk making it hard to walk in. I adore the style and everything, just poor execution. I had to return.

I adore Uggs but I couldn't even get these on. Unfortunately I had to send them back. They were well made and nice looking however.

They are super cute but only if you have small feet. They are not big feet friendly. They are the fattest boots I've ever tried. They kinda are wide like those moon boots that people wear. Maybe the smaller sizes look better

If you have little legs , will NOT recommend. There so heavy I barely could walk, my legs was sore walking around. Not Comfortable at all !!

Based on the reviews I sized up from my usual 6-6.5 to a 7 which fit comfortably; however, the shaft of the shoe runs really wide. Looked absolutely ridiculous as I am on the petite side (5'1). Had to return!

I've used them 3 times and they fit comfortable but the sole has separated

I wasted my money because my Fianc is having a hard time getting them on and off, by herself

I cannot put my foot in the boot. It's to tight and narrow where the fur is. Have to send back never again!

I've purchased and now returned multiple pair and sizes of these. The bend between the shaft and the foot is a bad style, you can't get your foot in them! Even went up sizes to see if that helped, nope! Bad design I do not recommend

Do not waste your money on this expensive shoes. The sizing is off. It is extremely hard to even get your foot inside.. very disappointing. They're big bulky, and they look so goofy.. I don't even know who designed these shoes did a horrible job please everyone do not waste your money.

I was so excited to receive the boots and once open I sadly realized they were completely damaged, they look to be rusted, With all types of scuff marks on them. It looks as if the were worn to kick a few walls then returned! The quality of the shoe is extremely disappointing. I have plenty of photos as well. I expected more. I would never recommend UGG again if this is the quality your shipping out to your loyal customers.

I wear size 6 in normal boots I have size 7 normal uggs these are a size 8 and they don't fit

Upon looking online I was in love with the boots. I loved the color & style. It appeared to me as a new updated take on the Sundance Uggs which I have & love. So I ordered, But my high expectations fell short once I received the package. They are completely huge & bulky! I listened to reviewers & purchased a size up thinking it was going to fit small & it doesn't! It's way too big & im a true size 7. I've been waiting on my exchange for a size 6 for over a month now! Since January 3rd! & still Ugg has not sent me a replacement! At this point I'd like a refund.

Just received my new pair .I brought the brown pair was excited when they arrived I wore them 3 times and the back of the shoe over the sole part ripped apart I wish I could show a pic I sent them back I wanted to exchange for a different style cause I did not want those again but I couldn't I had to get the exact same ones cause I paid with after pay and of course they was out of stock with the brown so I had to get the tan pair smh if these do the same thing I'm sending it back for a refund these are to expensive to not be made sturdy

I was not pleased with my purchase. Once I received the item I noticed that they were slightly damaged. And I'm currently trying to return said item at this current time.

I would like to get this problem solved asap my boots came with no insoles and they are expensive and don't appreciate this at all

They are cute but they run small making it awkward and painful to even try on . The material is not soft as I've expected. Not for me . I would size up specially if your feet is half size . I'm 7.5 and I usually get 7 , this time 8 might've worked for me .

I was so excited when I got the chillapeak tall classic boot in the mail. I was even more excoted when I saw them in person! However, when I tried them on I was highly disappointed. The soles of the feet where the seem holds them together on the inside was exposed and sticking out pretty badly causing pain. So, I decided maybe it's just this pair. I went through the exchange process for the exact same type of boot. The new pair arrived and when I tried that pair on the same problem happened again but a little worse on the exchanged pair. So I sent those in for a refund and I'm still waiting on the refund. I would not recommend this style of boot to anyone until they fix the design flaw with this boot.

I was sent irregular cut boots

Look wise gorgeous fit wise horrible , too narrow and tight. I wear a 7order and 8 and my foot did not go in

I brought this boot in a size 9 and for some reasons the boot did not fit.This boot felt irregular,I even had my daughter who shoe size is one size less than mine try the boot and my daughter couldn't fit the shoe either.I returned this boot I was so disappointed.

The boots were not in new condition and they were damaged.

Once upon a time your brand and name were synonymous with quality . Now they're are cheap products with no attention to detail . Also fire who ever is in charge of QC . I never put them on so I can't give you any details girlies. Interesting that pictures can not be posted .
