Hello I purchased this ugg boots and was thrilled to get a black pair. When I received the boots, it appeared used and I was highly disappointed with the quality.

I had been eyeing this Classic Mini Bailey Zip for a while and when I saw it on sale, I immediately ordered it. OMG how disappointing. These are not thick and furry (actually quite flat) unlike other Ugg boots I have. Sizing is also off. They were rather stiff, and both left and right boot were tight to put on. The right was especially a real struggle to put on, and even more so to remove. The right boot was most tight and uncomfortable around the top of my foot and circulation felt it cut off. I am a 7 1/2 and always order 8, with enough room for socks, or Ugg sheepskin insole. The left boot felt like a size 7 while right felt size 6. These are the worst I've received from Ugg. These might have come from the Ugg defective/reject pile. I don't trust to buy a larger size, given the quality of these.

Returned immediately. SO stiff. Not fluffy and cozy, Wearing cardboard boxes on my feet would have been more comfortable.

I tried these on and walked around the house and could tell immediately that they are horrible quality compared to other Ugg boots and slippers I have. The fur was so thin that it didn't even come to the top of the boot. Additionally these are so stiff from the ankle up, making them very uncomfortable. Where the zipper is inside there is no fur which is annoying. Just an overall drop in quality and I do not recommend.
