These shoes are really cute and rly nice I love how soft they are and how practical they are with the zipper. My one is how easily they could get dirty but other than that I love them definitely recommend so cozy and comfy for the winter!

The boot is comfortable to wear running errands however I feel like it's very wide. If I don't wear a thick sock with it I feel like my foot is swimming in the boot. The toe box and bed that the foot lays in is just huge. I have multiple uggs boots and haven't had this problem with other boots.

I got the smoke plum and online it looks way lighter than the actual product received. These are maybe a tad bit lighter than gray in my opinion. A little disappointing cause I had shirts for the person based on the color pictured, as Christmas gifts.

These boots are very warm and comfortable. I feel that the outside zipper is a little awkward to zip up though. It would make more sense (and be easier to zip) if the zipper was on the inside of the boot. Other than that they are great!

The quality of the boot is not great. It does not hold its shape. The fur was flat and not fluffy. It felt like walking in an already worn boot. I have several older style UGG boots that still hold their shape and color along with the fur still fluffy. Definitely will be using the one year warranty for the boots.

I recently purchased a pair of UGG boots, expecting the high quality and comfort the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming.

Fits small! Order a size up. You would think the zipper opens the boot up but it feel tighter than a regular slip on boot without the zipper.

What happened to Ugg? I've worn them for years but the Classic mini I bought this pair and it feels like it's an imitation. The soles are very stiff and can be slippery. The wool blend lining doesn't have the comfort and warmth of older Uggs. Definitely not worth the price. I could justify the cost before but I feel ripped off.

I love UGG products and have many boots but this is just too narrow where the zip ends and the main body begins. Another inch or even half inch would make it usable for the slightly bigger foot. Please let me know if and when you make these. Many thanks.

It's use to be one of my favorite boots. I own quite a few pairs in many different styles however lately I find that I cannot fit in to these boots. I wear a size 8 and get them true to size, why am I now buying a size 9 and have been thinking about going up in size again! I have never had this type of issue with boots especially from ugg. I refuse to go up in size anymore as the boots will look fat to big on my feet.

Years of buying uggs the quality keeps going downhill. This is most likely my last pair I purchase.

Always good quality but these look huge and are huge. Every size must not be made the same and that's unfortunate. I'm always torn when buying UGG boots; do I go with an 11 or 12

Not enough cushion inside. Uncomfortable when walking! Not worthy

The boots don't have a new look. They look like a dusty black. I have only worn them once and they look like I've had them for years. I need to contact customer service to see if I can return them. I have fourteen pairs of UGG and this is the first time I've received a disappointing pair.

I didn't notice when I ordered these that they have a different lining than the other classic boots. The "Ugg Plush" lining felt thin and cheap compared to the OG sheepskin, unfortunately. Not nearly as warm or soft. Returned.

The color is more gray than brown. Although I like the brown sole? The leather is not the soft Ugg quality. The foot bed is wider than usual. I always order a women's size 6 without any issues. The classic mini ballot zip is much wider in the foot bed and ankle. The foot bed in all other Ugg's I've bought have been so cozy but these are absentoif the fullness of the sheepskin insoles.

I bought a pair of uggs on sale ($50 less than the original price) and received a defective pair. One shoe was bigger than the other one with the same size label on both shoes. When I called customer service and asked for an exchange they confirmed that it is a defective pair and that they do not carry this style anymore. Their solution was to return it and get another pair for a full price. Why would you sell a defective pair even it's on sale? I am very disappointed with uggs company and won't buy it again.

Product didn't fit, asked for exchange but was denied. Had to send the wrong size back then repurchase new size. Customer pays return shipping fees.

Not as well made as my other Ugg boots. Lining has acrylic and feels somewhat cheap

Couldn't fry them on due to defective, stuck zipper which would not open. So disappointed. Was unable to exchange for non defective pair of boots so lost my discounted pricing opportunity as well as the boots I was looking forward to.

Too wide of a gap at the top style is amazing though

These look different than the classics I am used to. I am returning them. They look nothing like the picture displayed. I also didnt like how there was so much space in the ankle area.
