Love the look of the boots. I got them to have an easy slip on boot for the winter. They are so cute and not heavy to step in at all. I've tried to break them in and have worn them a few times but they are very hard to get in because of whatever board is in the inside around the ankle part. I won't be wearing these often because of it.

I prfer the tall size because of my height.

I live the boots but one of them was defected i have to send back and they run small you need to up a size

run extremely small I'm normally a size 5 and ordered a 6 was too small and I exchanged them for a 7 and it was still too small I'm selling them in brown on my depop if interested:/ -honeybeeem

These were super hard to get into and it gave me a boil on the back of my foot for rubbing it up against the inside of the boot. They officially staying in the box till next winter !

They're so cute but too small I'm normally a size 6 but I'm returning for a size 7. Hopefully they fit.

I'm a 10.5/11 and I got an 11, they fit me great. However, they're not as cute in person as I anticipated, they look huge and clunky. They're too heavy to be walking around in! Kinda disappointed because the style seemed super cute

These are soooo cute, but they must've had an error in the sizing department because absolutely not. I have multiple pairs of Uggs and they're all a size 8 (I'm originally an 8.5). Literally on my way to exchange them right now for a size 9.

I don't know what's going on with Uggs lately but their quality has gone down. I have the exact same boots but in brown and they fit me great. I got these again but in black, same size, and the right boot is much more narrower than the left. It feels tighter too but they're both a size 9. The stitching on the inside heel is visible and on the outside fur. I genuinely don't know what to do with Uggs anymore. And since I stepped outside in them for less than a minute, I can't return them. Really disappointed. They're very cute otherwise

When it came it didn't look brand new to me. Like somebody had it returned it back it was dirt on them. But I like them good compliments on them.

I like the style but they definitely runs small

It's super bulky and not the best comfort. Unfortunately l already started wearing it and cannot return it anymore. Will not be re-purchasing this kind of boot anymore.

These are very high priced boots with a much lower quality materials. I will be sure to buy only UGG AUSTRALIA from now on

It was to big looking as if I was wearing giant costume shoes.

I really loved these boots when I first saw them!! But I have to return them asap trying to put them on was a hard time and taking them off was even worse as I ended up pulling a muscle in my leg!!! The opening of the boot is too narrow!!! Not even going to bother sizing up to a 7 or 8 just going to return them so disappointed

I ordered these boots expecting them to be perfect like the previous pair I received. They look horrible. You could see the inside of the lining which is unacceptable. Then they replaced them with another pair and the same thing. What is going on with QC? How do you send customers products that are subpar? I have never had a bad experience with UGG until now. And to top it off it was for my niece's birthday and since they were not up to standard she did not receive her dream boots.

The boot is hard to get on my foot. I struggled trying to get it on. I have a narrow foot. I placed my foot inside the shoe and I couldn't get my entire food in my heal couldn't go in. The shoe was not too small at all I never got a chance to place my entire foot in the boot.

I loved the look of the boot but it was very uncomfortable and tight. Very slippery

I was very excited about these boots because they looked so cute but unfortunately I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe! It feels as if there is a metal rod around the ankle part which prevents my foot from going further in the boot. I hope some changes are made to the boot because I would love to enjoy a new pair of Ugg boots, specifically this one.

Boots runs narrow and small

I couldn't easily slide my feet in like a different pair I had. I love how quick and easy my other pair were to put on.
