I normally wear a 9-9.5, so I went with a 10 - they were HUGE!! But, the exchange process was So Efficient- and I got a 9 asap - Even at that, I feel like I could have gotten a 8 and been okay- Size Down- For sure!!

Comfy and warm. I really liked them. They just run a little big so I ordered a size smaller than I usually get for boots.

My daughter loved these. They are a little tight to get on with the opening, so I would NOT size down like others suggested unless you have a narrow foot.

My daughter loves these shoes and stated they were one of her best Christmas gifts. She said that they are so comfortable and versatile. You can throw them on with any outfit and they compliment it.

Its a bit difficult to slip into these but once on they give me height and make me feel so tall! I really like them. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and glad I did because they are snug getting on.
