Inside of the boot, there is about 1/2 an inch of extra fabric that was left attached, beneath where the fabric is sown onto the rubber of the boot. The extra fabric is not glued down or anything and it creates constant rubbing on your heal and ankle area. I couldn't wear these for more than a block before needing to go home and taken them off, and this is definitely not a sizing issue. They boots fit perfectly. I am questioning if this is an error and if the overlay should have been cut off or glued down? I am just so shocked that Ugg would release a product that was so carelessly designed and horribly uncomfortable!

I originally ordered a size 6, which shipped from Zappos and they were too small. I ordered a size 7, which shipped from Amazon, and the boots have clearly been worn. Lint in the wool liner, scuffs and sand on the outside, the neoprene has creases. Will be returning these as well. Hopefully the 3rd pair will be new!
