It should be pointed out that the product page offers no sizing information other than a basic size chart. There are no sizing recommendations to be found, nor footwear dimensions to help customers find the right fit. Unfortunately, reviews are also mixed on sizing as well, so pray you end up buying the right size. In my case, ordering Men's size 10 for my true-to-size 10 feet resulted in shoes that are extremely tight and uncomfortable. They are quick to offer an exchange, but the timetable to receive the right size is so lengthy that winter will be halfway over. How disappointing.

Hurt my ankle the lining is irritating on the ankle

The sole on one of the UGG boots has come unglued, and it has also started to wear down. The boots are not even three months old, yet they are already in this condition. Considering the price, this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Additionally, customer service is requesting a $70 fee just to address the problem, which is very disappointing.

Bought men's size 10 which is my size and it's TOO SMALL. Exchanged for size 12 which fits well. Annoyed that UGG did not rush the correct size as a member

It was to tight and I order it a size bigger , I couldn't wear them like wanted.

I received these for Christmas. They were exactly what I was looking for to replace a similar pair from another company bought years ago. My first warning was they arrived as a Mens shoe not a Women's, showing sizing mens 9 women's 8 which was strange. They felt weird but I thought adjusting band would help. It didn't and made it worse. The cut and angle of the interior shoe area is all wrong. Your foot doesn't sit flat into the entire shoe. The back just hangs out. Almost like a clog with ankle top. I tried adjusting and I only succeeded in bruising my ankle. I tried different socks and no socks but only got worse. I'm going to need to return these. I don't know who they're designed for. I own many pairs of Uggs these are my first experience with an epic fail.

The same with this one they are design seem like to male

It gave me a blister on the back of my left foot instantly poor workmanship

The toe on these shoes was very uncomfortable and stiff. Tries a 12 and 13. Returned both.

The tread started coming off in less than 4 months of wearing them, and the soles were falling apart. The elastic band on the back also broke in the same timeframe. When I did a warranty claim, the process took almost 3 weeks just for them to tell me they won't replace them. Honestly, won't order from Ugg ever again and won't recommend it to anyone.

I immediately returned these shoes. They are to clunky to walk in and were extremely heavy on the feet. Someone else may enjoy them but they absolutely are not for me.

I only wore them once and the adjustable strap broke. Loved the look but very upset about the quality of the product. Had to send them back with a warranty return.

The sizing on the shoes was poor and caused an abrasion on the ankle. I purchased one size up based on your reviews of possible sizing issues.

They felt hard around my foot, not comfortable at all. Then Kate on come to find out you're not the real Ugg, your imitating an Australian product.

This is absolutely terrible. My child was looking on here and there's a man wearing a dress in the picture modeling these shoes this is extremely inappropriate people should not have to see that at all

I literally wore these for 1 week, 15 minutes a day in my backyard to let my dog out and the rubber delaminated. I sent them back and UGG sent me a new pair. Within a week the elastic string inside the top broke. I sent them back and UGG says they are out of warranty. Other than this product being a perfect solution for me, the quality is very poor. Not what I would expect from UGG.

Just not my style type of footwear. I tried out of my comfort zone and expand my fashion palette, and it didn't click with my outfits.

Not true to size. Have to return.

These run small and I bought them fir my husband in the size he wears in other shoes. I returned for the next size up and he can't even get his foot in. NowUGG won't let me return for another size and I'm stuck with shoes that nobody can wear. I am BEYOND disapointed

Who at corporate thought this was a great idea?? Extremely uggly shoes!

Shoe arrived broken, 10% was offered. Couldn't be switched for another pair as my size was out of stock. Minimum of 30% should have been offered, I love the shoe and took it to a shoe repair. Ugg handles customer issues poorly.
