Good weather-resistant design with a circle of rubber, but I can feel noticeable pressure on the instep.

Kinda excited to get this funky looking pair of Ugg boots that seem designed to respond particularly to how my boots fall apart every time: the heel, the toe... measured my foot before ordering to get the exact fit. I've big feet, they measure 12", so ordered a 13 as that's the size that fits best on the regular Ugg boots. Excitedly tried them on when they arrived, thought I don't remember new Uggs being this tight to pull on... contacted customer service, uh oh they're all gender so size smaller. Very thankful for the liberal exchange policy when purchasing from Ugg direct, will swap for a size bigger.

Uggs boot from several years ago fit me perfect. The new Classic mini has a small opening at the top; my ankle barely gets through, and I'm quite thin. There is a loop to pull with, but I never felt I needed a shoehorn till now. I put large cans of tomato juice in them, plus some pens, to try to stretch them.

The boots were sent wrong size. The rubber on side was lifted and one boot appears higher than the other. When I called I got a voice mail. I was not sent a ship return lable I just got a box and boots with no one to talk to. My daughter now has my winter boots and I have none. I bought my pregnant daughter a nice baby set 2 actually. The white brixby has a spot on the bootie. I have 3 coupons and none are working so I'm unable to re buy her new baby booties now that are in my cart. Guess she just gets the stained ones and I can donate the other set to our neighbors that are expecting. I totally hurt to see my daughter excited to see them to only be crushed to see a brown spot on the babies bootie.

The sizing is really off. Super wide heel and shorter than 30 years of my many Uggs in size 7. Customer service cannot correctly say if you received the size that you ordered. I wear a 7 but was sent a 6. Called to inquire about it and didn't receive a coherent response from cs. This is after the order was already a week late. This is my last pair of Uggs. They aren't as nice as the Uggs leather snow boots that I'm replacing that lasted 13 years. Basically, Uggs quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. And their foray into "gender neutral" is a complete flop as far as sizing goes. Uggs could just make a woman's size and a men's size version of this boot because it looks gender neutral. But the hard facts are that there is a huge difference in feet when it comes to genders. I am not bothered by transgender people, they/them or any LGBTQ. Don't care if a trans woman comes into the ladies room. But, Uggs is not helping a gender neutral person be seen by making boots that only fit men but are supposed to be for everyone. Uggs also deleted my review and suggested an alternate boot that is not a weather Ugg. Obtuse.

Cute boot. But, buyer beware. Boot is much shorter and wider than a longtime female Uggs wearer would expect. This is a men's shoe. The gender neutral sizing doesn't translate to women's feet. Tried socks to remedy the super wide heel. But the faux shearling drags socks down under the arch of foot. Worn without socks causes blisters from the seam. Also this isn't a flat shoe. The heel is much higher than toe and causes toes to jam into the front when walking. This boot is essentially an Uggs fail. Too bad, because it is a good looking boot. Also, Uggs CS is atrocious.

They are very comfortable. And very functional. Unfortunately they are very ugly. I do not like the way they look on my feet. But functionally they work perfect.

Love it's but this pair is pretty cheap feeling . Threads starting in unravel Already have being warn maybe 6 times and they run small in the size

Originally bought size 10, too small so exchanged for 11 and toe still touching tip of shoe very uncomfortable.

They don't fit. The drag your socks off of your feet. If worn without socks, the seam rubs on your body and causes blisters. The sizing is wrong. They're short and wide. The heel is not flat and causes your toes to jam into the front of the boot and cause pain. Ugg's customer service is useless. They won't speak to customers and force you to text or chat. And the representatives will not offer a reasonable solution. Just NO to ever buying another product from this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction or lost/delayed shipments.

I had the shoe for less than 5 days and the rubber started to unstick to the shoe. When I tried to get it reconciled , the girl on the phone treated me like I was lying and hung up on me. I paid almost 300$ for these shoes. Someone needs to connect with me and make this right. Don't buy these shoes.

The colors are so bad they're unwearable

Looks great in pictures, but very clunky in person. Didn't fit right either and felt like I was wearing a clown shoe. Returned immediately.

Just like wearing two bricks on feet. Stiff. How is this highly rated? Their customer service is also the worst and warranty is a scam. Had personal experience with that and lost money. Don't let their sweet reply to this comment fool you.
