Immediately felt soooo comfortable but 1/2 size too short than what I typically wear in athletic shoe.. Will be exchanging..

Too short

Love the color. Support is good

This was meant as a gift and while the intended person fit into it comfortably, she did not care for the style and color.

Shoes were a little big and clunky on my narrow foot. Half size bigger was almost too big but I don’t think I could go down a size.

Good foot support but it runs small and it puts pressure on my big toe!

I order wide and 1/2 size and up, and still could not get my foot in.

I have 2 other pair of Cloudswifts in 8.5 and these fit nothing like those. They are way too small, I don't even think a half size would make a difference. Very disappointed because these were my favorite style of On sneakers.

The shoes were really tight and hard to get on. I’m hoping they stretch with wear. Lengthwise they are true to size. I also received shoes that must have been precious worn and returned because they were covered in dog or cat hair and the bottoms had dirt and small rocks stuck in them. If this was a gift for someone I would have returned them but they are for me and the color was sold out on the ON running website so I will keep them. I’m disappointed that I paid full price for used shoes.

The shoes are too narrow for my feet.

I love the colors of this shoe! However, the Cloudswift 3 AD has a built in sock-like tongue which makes it a little hard to get your foot into. I have a fairly thin foot and the shoe felt too tight across the top and about a half size too short. It has a lot of toe room. It felt better with a thinner sock but then the tongue rubbed on the front of my foot.

I usually wear a 9 except asics 9.5. These BCs were way smaller, but the real point is, I thought they were slip ons which is what I was looking for. Also didn’t much care for the rocky sole.

I have more on shoes and they are ok in size 8.5, but these ones I feel them smaller

Fit and size were good, they were just so plastic looking.

My daughter tried these on in a store to make sure she knew her size, but the pair that was shipped is much smaller.

Zappos sent the wrong item. I didn’t order a black on cloud shoe.

I always wear a size 10 in all my shoes. After reading the reviews I ordered a 10.5, but still a half size too small.

I just didn't like the look and feel of the shoe as much as I do the Novas

I could barely get my foot in the shoe! The opening for my foot was too small! I bought them by mistake. I love the oncloud 5!

I’m so sad, love the style and the feel. I got my usual size in o cloud but these are wayyyyy too small.

These are so small. I’m a 7.5 in everything and I couldn’t get my foot in the size 8. I know if I size up to 8.5, the shoe itself will be too large. For whatever reason ON shoes don’t work for me. Even though I have pretty narrow/skinny feet

This is my third pair of side six on clouds and they feel way too small compared to the other two pairs I’ve purchased.

I have very average feet. "true to size" is my usual for my 7.5. Anyway, the 7.5 in this shoe was so tight in length and especially the upper. I do not have wide feet etc. I re-ordered an 8. I tried thinner socks and it was still too tight. I'm going to try a different model. I previously had 7.5 in the cloudmonster. I will get those again most likely but I want to get a different shoe to alternate with for my 10-12 hour day warehouse job. I gave this a 3 for comfort because I can't really tell how it would do if it fit. I think I'd really like them if I could just find the right size. I don't know if they loosen up over time and just need broke in. Can anyone speak to that? I am probably going to have to go a full size up.
