These work exactly as I hoped as far as a lightweight glove. They're comfortable and warm enough for what I needed. I use them mostly in the car or as a liner under heavier gloves. My one major complaint is that the touch screen pads don't seem to work at all, which I mildly frustrating because I had tested them in the store prior to purchasing.

Used as liner for skiing, great additional warmth under mittens and keeps hands warm enough when transitioning and can't wear mittens. Also used for running, they are great. Lightweight & warm enough

I love these gloves for warmer winter days-- been buying them for years. They're thin, but fairly warm. Actually it would be nice if they were a little thicker as sometimes they get holes in them.

The merino wool gloves are thin akin to liners, but has kept my hands warm in 40 degree runs. The feel is really soft & comfy. JD

I purchased these gloves to use when running, but I have been using them for everyday use as well. They are very thin, but I find them to be really warm. They are exactly what I was looking for. My hands are small/medium women's and the fingers of the gloves are a little long on me, but not a bother.

The Merino Glove Liners are very thin and warm. Fits under bike gloves, very good quality. I recommend.

Great gloves for running in spring and fall. Fingers ripped easy - thus the 4 pair, but I like how they keep my hands warm yet comfortable.

It is great for semi-cool weather and fits nicely in my pockets. Keep my hands warm and can still use things if needed. The gloves are not bulky, just perfect.

These gloves are perfect for fall and spring running when my bare hands become uncomfortable in the cold. And when winter arrives, I wear them as a liner inside my heavier gloves. Because when my hands get too warm from running, I can take off the big gloves and let my hands cool off without my fingers becoming icicles. Occasionally I'll get caught in the rain. Wearing these gloves manage to keep my hands warm because of the Merino wool. Be gentle with them because they are not durable work gloves. The index finger wore out on my last pair and I hope the new design will allow them to last longer. Overall, definitely a good buy.

Great glove for chilly runs but not necessarily for COLD or below freezing runs. Didnt keep me as warm as I expected but will be a staple in for my chilly fall runs.

Amazing other than the seam ripping on the first day on my right hand. These are really nice liners. I love them. Warm, thin, stays dry. Perfect in snowboard mittens or just around mountain/town between runs. the outer seam on my right glove did tear the first day. Luckily smartwool is accepting a return. I will buy again!

I like the material. I feel they are too thin. But I think they will go good when you have to use 2 pairs of gloves.

These gloves are well made, soft and comfortable. Incredibly thin considering how warm they actually are, but sturdy and with a lovely wool feel.

These do add a layer of warmth and fit great- the only thing I am struggling with is the fit of the thumb. I was looking for a bulk-less liner for hiking/ski touring and this glove fits the bill. My one complaint is that the thumb is a bit loose and long compared to the rest of the fingers which makes it a little annoying. I almost want to get it tailored because if it weren't for that it would be a perfect glove.

I'm sold on Smartwool products..base layer, socks, hats, gloves.. most recent purchases were liner gloves for my sweetheart (always cold hands) and myself (always losing gloves),, We love the fit, warmth, versatility.. only low score is the lack of ability to use smart devices despite design efforts to do so. but, who needs screens outside?
