I really wanted to like these! The quality of Smartwool has gone down so much. These are way too thin! Will likely wear out in a short time. So disappointed!

I just got new (and very tight) ski boots and the boot fitter said I should purchase the thinnest ski socks I can find. These are the best option for wide calves! I'm a size 8.5 and the medium fits great. Comfortable, 100% merino wool, and they provide the best fit for my big calves! Highly recommend.

Love how warm my feet can be skiing without a bulky sock. Just the right amount of cushion to keep my shins and feet comfortable in my boots all day.

Got these and a pair of the targeted cushion ones to try skiing. Prefer the targeted cushioning (not too thick at all, could even the more cushioned option next time!). These are also lovely.

These are the only socks I can wear ski touring. Every other socks hurts my feet and is too thick

I wear a size 7 shoe, so I originally ordered a small -- but they were too tight around my foot. The return and order of 3 pairs of the medium size went smoothly. ! I was given a pair last year for Christmas, and they are warm and hold up great. My only complaint is that they are a little thin.

I really like these, they are warm and light weight.

I especially like Smartwool, zero cushion over the calf socks for outdoor gardening activities. They are comfortable, provide light compression, are not too hot and provide protection from tics and other bothersome insects.

At the end of my last order I decided to throw these socks in my cart as they had the extra stretch over calf. I am so glad I did as I love these long black socks! They are a bit thinner than my long snowboard socks but I actually really like that since I can wear them with more of my everyday shoes. These socks are also so comfortable with the extra room in the calf...since my legs aren't exactly thin. Being black I can wear them for lots of occasions and the long length is great for keeping my legs warm in the winter. I am so glad I bought these!

I love wearing knee socks more than tightsso much more comfortable in the winter months. SmartWool is the best quality; I have some that lasted 10 years.

Finally ski socks that are comfortable and don't pinch at the top. Highly recommend for ladies like me that have larger calfs.

Love how these socks fit on my calves. I usually feel otc socks are too tight on my calves and I'm ready to take them off after a day of skiing but these I would wear even without skiing!

I really like the options of no cushion, and cushioned. It all depends what I use them for. They give me warmth, as my feet are always cold. Great for boots and shoes. Long lasting. Great quality. What I would like to see is ski socks in brown colors, light and dark.

The few days in the season I decide to put the board down and ski instead, I can trust these socks will pair perfectly with my ski boots in just about temp here in Utah. I have grown into the habit of taking my dog for a hike once I get home from the slopes and these hold up so well not only in ski boots, but also in hiking boots. My feet stay dry and comfortable after a full day of skiing and hiking. Cannot recommend them enough!

Good quality

I use this for snowboarding and backcountry touring on my Splitboard. I'm a big fan of zero cushion to pair with my snowboarding boots (while I do targeted cushion when skiing). I got myself and my partner obsessed with these as we are both athletic with strong calves. Most all tall socks end up cutting off my circulation but these fit so perfectly and are comfortable! I don't have the end of day cutting lines in my calves like I get from standard fit which helps keep my circulation keeping my feet warm. I highly recommend if you've also struggled with tall tight socks, these are so comfy! I would love to see more colors of this, I'm loving the purple
