I have had many smartwool hats. This one is the best of the bunch!!

This is a great touque for bald men. Warm and fairly wind resistant. I have worn it down to -24 and it worked well.

Comfortable and breathable. Your head will not get too hot or cold.

This hat is GREAT for very cold days! This hat is thick! I last wore this beanie on a windy, 7 day and stayed perfectly toasty without getting sweaty. This hat easily covers my entire ears and the back portion of my neck which has been a common annoyance with other brands, being too short to keep your entire ears warm. I wish this hat on gentle, cold water and let it lay flat to dry. I've not noticed any shrinkage. This is a great hat for those very cold days!

Great for colder days. I bought this hoping it would be thicker than the other beanies, and it certainly is. Great feel and fit, even on my larger than average noggin.

So warm and soft

Expected to soften more as I wash/wear it. Slight itch. Very warm! Covers ears easily.

Boiled wool is the best. This beanie is very well built and should last a lifetime. It does fit snug, but it has stretched out just enough and is now perfect. For boiled wool it is not too itchy and has kept me warm in extreme cold. Wish there were more colors.

It is thick and made from 100% merino. it's been great. IHMO it is a little bit too expensive. Would love to see it at around $50.

I wanted a beanie that was all-wool (no blend), but wasn't itchy on my bald head. This is it! It fits my size 7 1/8 head perfectly. The only downside is it's pretty pricey. But worth it.

The quality is great, the color is amazing, but it's a bit thick and tight. A more supple fit would have been great like on lighter models. I wish they had more models in burgundy red. Best warmth.

Just a bit too tight for my head. Typically, one size fits all fits me.

Can't wash it bc it'll shrink. It's already really small
