My son loves taking his runs in these his last pair were done and he didn't want to give them up. Glad to have a fresh pair.

I've put 430 miles on these shoes so far this year. Been my fave shoes. Only complaint is that they wear down prettily easily after the first 100 miles or so, in my experience. But love them still.

I have bought several different Altra shoes for mostly power walking and I LOVE them!! Will probably never buy another brand. However, my last purchase the color was not what I expected. Description said "Grey" but I can truly say they are way more white, then grey. I personally don't like or buy white shoes. With that said, they feel so good on my feet.

Felt like I had to review given harsh comments by other reviewers. First, mine fit like a glove. Altra made huge design improvements from the Torin 6. I wear them solely to walk on roads and sidewalks. No wear problems on either the Torin 6 or Torin 7. Reliable durability for the miles I put on them.

I use this product for walking. What I love about this product is the width for starters. I have FULL & COMFORTABLE movement of all of my toes with NO restrictions. Secondly, I love the cushioning of the shoes. Although it's gotten a little better with this particular shoe I recently bought, the only things I don't like is the color coordination(s) of this type of shoe in general and the price point. I truly love the overall quality of the shoe. Please continue working on improving the colors on these types of shoes and reduce the price about 10-15% in order to bring in more/new revenue and recurring customers in the long term. I use these shoes casually to run errands. I love everything about them, especially the knitted design patterns all over the upper. I would love to wear them for work if they came in an all black color way. Altra please make more of your shoes in all black color ways, and you will have a happy customer owning all of your shoes. This will be my long distance shoe. I've worn Torin's before, they fit like a glove.

Am loving my Altra Torin 7 running shoes. This Beis my third pair and they are so comfortable!

On my 3rd pair after 400 min in first 2 pairs. Favorite every day runner. Best for easy/ recovery efforts or long runs but works just fine for tempo efforts. No break in period, ready to go out of the box. White colorway is sweet. I have had pairs 10.5 and 11 and both worked fine, went for the 11 for slightly more width in the toe box especially for long efforts. Heel lockdown is great especially with runner's knot. Will keep buying these.

This is the first "premium" pair of running shoes that I've owned and I've put around 50 miles on them so far and absolutely love them.

I needed a shoe with zero heel-to-toe drop and good cushioning as I use a very aggressive orthotic insert. I had no problem with the insert and now I'm able to walk for hours without any foot pain.

I work on indoor epoxy/concrete and these never let my feet down. All day comfort week after week. I mostly wear these and occasionally switch it up with the vanish or waterproof boots depending on weather and outfit. I got a second pair on deck when I wanna rock the mints.

I use my Torin 7's for my training for cross country with most of my miles being on pavement. I have 330 miles on my current pair and they still feel amazing. About to order my 2nd pair!

I think I am on my fifth pair, having started with Torin 5's. I use this product for my daily walking between two and six miles, mostly on sidewalks and in parks. I have pairs of Lone Peaks for off road. They provide the cushion and support I need, as well as the space my toes demand.

I'll preface this by saying I'm strictly a walker; runners may have different perceptions. I've now owned the shoe a year. I own a variety of Hokas, Topos, and Altras. With Hoka, I have to always order wide (2EE) to get a comfortable fit. I never have to worry about that with Altra or Topo. In Altra, I have the Torin Luxe, Paradigm 6, FWD, and the Torin7, which is by far the most comfortable of any other shoe. The foot shape width is perfect for those like me who have medium-width feet; no wides needed here. The cushioning is absolutely perfect and perfectly placed. The only negative I have is that zero drop doesn't really work for me as if I'm standing upright and rock back a little, my heel sinks, essentially becoming negative drop, causing some low back discomfort. Altra now has minimal drop versions - FWD, Flow, etc. But the FWD, while it fits very well, feels snugger than I expected. The Torin is noticeably roomier. Give the shoe a minimal drop to eliminate that heel drop when leaning back, and this is a 10+ shoe, and I would probably never buy anything else.

As close to running barefoot on a beach as it gets. The soles are plush which is nice for road running (easy on joints). Coming from a Clifton so 5mm to zero drop wasn't a huge transition and injury free thus far.

Bought these to replace my 3 month old OnClouds. Already had an experience with the Altras dating back over 16 years. Not certain what Herb, Caleb, and the others are doing with, and or to, their shoes. I bought these because my podiatrist said to. He said with my foot issue these would be perfect. HE WAS RIGHT!!

Great for me. I need zero drop for an injury and this is the best i have felt running in a long time.

I use these running shoes on the track, treadmill and road. The cushioning after at least 150 miles still feels like new. Breathable, lightweight and comfortable.

Extremely comfortable show with great cushioning. I trained in two pairs of the Torin 6 version for a marathon and have found my forever brand. Normally a size 13 in most brands, but a 14 in Altras.

This is my 3rd pair of Altra Torin. I love how they feel on my feet. There really is no break in period. They feel great right out of the box. I dig the new color options! Need more Wide Options colors.

I have only been running in these for the last couple of weeks, but I love them so far. I run long distance, and my feet feel great due to the wide toe box and ample cushion. Love them!
