Love this jacket. It is more of a fall and spring jacket. If you want to wear a sweater under go one size up

All TNF coats are over big, but now they stop making xz size for the new coats. That's wrong, You did not realize that the first sold out of the many coats are XS size? The customer experience dep failed to do their job.

Great fit and extremely water and wind resistant. This is my second apex project the first one is ten years old and still works great

This is a great warm jacket, runs on the big side. I normally wear a larger and it feels like an XL imstead. Wish I would have sent it back and exchanged it before wearing it. But other then that it's a great one

My son is high school senior. He really like this jacket. He want to keep wearing a jacket all day school. This jacket is too much hot and cold making him stylish.

Phenomenal cold weather hoodie. Waterproof and warm without bulk, and fashionable to boot. I highly recommend this product.

I use this type of jacket for everyday use and when I go on trips, always in my truck or with me. The fit is okay the material is okay too. Does not feel as durable as the older jackets. The description states that it has a cinch cord at the hem, well IT DOES NOT. The sleeves don't have Velcro like the older jackets and are wide. Essentially if you are in windy conditions you will be losing body heat as the wind will enter directly under the sleeves and by your waist. Not sure why they would not include these basic features. For the price point it is expected. The hood fit well. Let's see if it actually holds up. Competitors have similar jackets with the missing features. If it wasn't because I am going away and don't have time to order a different jacket and have it on time then I would have returned this one and went with a competitors version. I would not recommend unless they add the basic features. TNF please correct the description.

Stiff and not the best quality. Seems like products have gone down hill

The fit is nice with this jacket everything about this jacket is nice! Accept the is doesn't have a hem string around the waist to cover up from the wind! Columbia has the same jacket same quality but cheaper and with a hem string which is real nice and convenient!

There is no cinch on the waist to adjust the waist size. There are no velcro strips on the wrist and the wrist are wide. Not sure why they removed the velcro and cinch, weird. Material is good. Protects from wind and rain.

I returned the hoodie because it was too big and planned on getting a size smaller but I still haven't received my refund a month later.

LAST TIME I BOUGHT ANYTHING BY THE NORTH FACE: THE JACKET IS NOT MADE WITH POLARTEC ANYMORE LIKE THE PREVIOUS YEARS - IT IS MADE WITH SOME RAG THAT FEELS AND LOOKS LIKE EXACTLY THAT: A RAG - SHAME ON THE NORTH FACE, BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 25 YEARS AND WILL NEVER EVER BE COMING BACK AFTER THIS

I received this jacket today and upon inspection it appears the jacket is used and not new. The neck area has significant pilling and the identification tag for the jacket was in the pocket and very worn and not attached to the jacket as it would be if new. Thus I am returning this item.

This has to be the most poorly made jacket I have ever purchased. I returned it over a month ago and still haven't received a refund. North face is no longer a good company! This doesn't even deserve one star!

The fit on this jacket was awful the sleeves were too long and the cuff openings too large. Velcro closures at the cuffs might have helped but alas, these didn't make it into the final design. There was no practical way to wear this jacket.

This coat is one I've had previously before multiple times and have always loved it. However, the customer service experience this go around has caused me to never want to do business with North Face ever again. I received this as a gift. I wanted to return it simply to exchange color. Can't do it though without completely repurchasing it. The problem with that is that my wife used rewards and purchased it on sale. The return policy apparently only allows me to return and get a price adjustment if it is for a different size. I don't need a different size or a different product. I only would like a different color. I have spend number hours on calls with representatives, a store rep, emailed customer service and one will tell me they do it all the time, but then I explain I don't want a different size. I only want a different color and then I get the "no, we can't do that." I find that completely pathetic customer service and drives me to want to find another brand that has a better customer experience.

Fits like a box with sleeves. Big in waist, small in chest and short.
