I am 5'2 for reference with wider hips. The medium seemed to be my size however the sleeves are very long. I do have to roll them up about 4 inches or else it just looks absolutely silly. With that in mind the jacket doesn't have much shape or fit to it so it does make me look a bit frumpy. The outer material looks cheap and overall I wouldn't consider this tnf quality. I wanted to return this jacket right away. However, I gave it a chance and it's turned out to be a pretty delightfully pleasant jacket. It's very comfy and cozy. Really easy to just grab and go. It's very casual and extremely warm even in 30 degree weather. It can be layered really well. I do wish the fleece lining extended to the sleeves. The jacket isn't something you can dress up anyway so I wouldn't mind the puffier sleeves since it would add a cozy factor. I would purchase again as an every day/errands jacket. Not really something to wear to work or in any setting where you need to look out together.

Love the feel of the jacket, cozy interior lining, jacket isn't too "heavy" love the look and the cut of it! Sleeves are nice and long! Someone like me with long arms usually has to size up and I was able to purchase my normal size!!! The reason I gave it only 3 stars is the zipper. Massive disappointment, zipper feels cheap and like it will break immediately! Please put zippers on your coats that are as good a quality as the garment itself. Stop cheaping out on the zippers!!!

Unfortunately I had to return coat it was too big, but I'm still waiting for my refund and it's been 4 weeks. They are very slow doing this process, but I like the coat only need a medium.

Love, love, love the color; it's just like the picture. It's very lightweight, but keeps me very warm. It's only been down in the 20s, but it was perfect for that temperature

sizing - Medium was just a little small; but then the large was roomier than I would have liked. especially the sleeves are very long. I am hoping this is the perfect jacket for really cold days.

really like this outwear, very lightweight, soft but could stays warm to around 35 F. My normal size is M, this time I like slightly oversize looking, so try to size L, the body is good but the sleeve looks too long, I saw the spec of this style , the sleeve length is 1/2" longer than outside regular grading at least. hope improve in the future.

Very warm and easy to mlve in

Needed a warm coat for Austria in winter. I can't even wear it in Georgia in winter. The lining keeps my core warm, but there is no lining in the sleeves, so my arms are cold in 2 minutes. Makes no sense. Taking it back.

Oat on the go for errands

This is a nice coat but the arms don't have enough insulation. I can feel the cold getting in. To use this on cold winter days I have to wear another layer.

Should order a size down

Jacket which I purchased now is not the same as I purchased the Ist One the1 was softer inside and smoother and thickers and reversible same thing but this was the difference.that is what I ordered this one but is wasn't right.

Jacket looks great, however is not warm at all. More fashionable. Ended up returning it. Very unhappy with this product, have always sworn by North Face products.

I like the look, fit, and length of this coat but it does not keep me warm in cold temperatures. The sleeves are not lined and the lining in the body of the coat is too thin. Disappointed I'll need to purchase an alternative for the New England winters.

I have this same jacket from 2 seasons ago. Be warned, this coat has no fleece lining the sleeves, very thin nylon shell only.
