I have 3 shirts of the previous version that I like a lot better. Material is a bit thicker but wicks moisture and breathes better and therefore keeps me more comfortable on hot days. Also the fit is better so another layer of additional comfort. The current version is stitched differently and is noticeably less comfortable. The material is also thinner so I am worried it is not as durable. Biggest thing to ne is that it does not breathe as well and is more expensive. I have a lot of pants, jackets, shirts, hoodies and caps from arcteryx which i love but this shirt is a step in the wrong direction. Hopefully it gets better next version. Shirt still looks nice though.

Bought the shirt a couple weeks ago. Worn it twice. Once on the sales floor and received nice remarks. Also wore out on a recent very hot weather walk/hike. Really like the feel. Happy with the temperature management

I bought this top to wear for playing pickleball. It is the perfect performance top better than my adidas performance tops. The Cormac crew neck top wicks away moisture and is much more comfortable.

I'll start with the fact that (like most of you), I own several iterations of prior Cormac Crew SS shirts. This "Revised" edition for the current year definitely misses the mark that Arc normally hits. I don't hate the fabric, although it does seem lighter, but I was good with the prior fabric... and I really like the number of colors they offer this time. However, the fit and the sizing are just off... This was a great shirt and could easily be great if they went back to the cut of the version just prior to this one. I would buy many different colors this year, but I just can't with the cut the way it hits in the shoulders and arms. Any chance for a mid-year refresh with the old "unrevised" cut? Please???

Loved the 7 previous generations I've purchased but this new generation isn't great. It's light, but the material feels cheep and snags easily. When you get sweaty it sticks. Not a fan. Bring back the old model.

This shirt is comfortable and breathable. Unfortunately the cut is extremely large and not well fitted, which is strange compared to my other Arc gear. Also, the logo came off after the first wash, despite following the instructions precisely. Definitely not worth the extra cost compared to options from similar brands.

Be aware fit has changed and not for the better. Arcteryx normally has a great fit but these are wired. Value is also extremely borderline.

To echo many other reviews, I've been using the Cormac as my daily driver for casual, running, climbing, lifting weights, and pretty much anything else life throws at it. I've been wearing them for 10 years and the newest edition is by far the worst. The cut is completely changed to the point its very baggy, the material is very thin, it chaffs, and now easily shows sweat. It's very disappointing and I wish I would have purchased a few more of the old school ones. I wish arcteryx would go back to the old design and scrap this new fit.

I agree with several other reviewers - the older version was a better fit and material. I have 5 older Cormac shirts and love them. I was disappointed after purchasing a new one recently; the new version is longer and tighter in the torso (did not seem like a regular fit anymore). I had to return it and am hoping Arcteryx revises back to the last version.

I want to start off by stating that I am a big fan of Arc'teryx. I have countless jackets, hoodies, beanies and such. I've always been able to count on the quality, materials, and fit. I am a relatively small statured, fit person and it seems Arc'teryx caters to fit active people. But this shirt fits like I'm wearing a poncho. The fabric is nice and the seam stitching is quality but the fit is just weird and not comfortable. I mean it's just a T shirt right?! It's kinda hard to explain. I am a solid medium and it's not that it's a size issue, it's just weird. So I'm kinda bummed and at this price point it should feel great.

Material feels nice, I find Arc'teryx sizing inconsistent, as I want to use their products as intended and ensure I have space for my shoulders and arms while not being constricted at the chest. I purchased the large and it seems I am more of a medium for this particular garment. it is very lengthy for a large shirt. now I know for next time, but thought I'd put this out there in case it helps someone else.

I wish they would have continued the old design. Solid black.

Bought this yesterday assuming usual Arcteryx quality and should have scrutinized it more. Scratchy uncomfortable fabric and sadly I took the tag off before I came to this realization. A waste of money.

I bought over 15 of these shirts last years and wanted to get more in new colors this year. But I was surprised to find that it's a completely different product now. First, the fabric is different. It feels more like Taema's fabric, while the old version had more texture. Second, the new design is much larger. I used to wear size M, but now size M is too big in the shoulders and sleeves. It's a pity to see Arc'teryx change this shirt in the wrong way.

The sleeves are made for giant they look really ugly not made for an athletic body. Arc'teryx has lost the plot they are now catering to people who only want to buy there logo. It's sad to watch a good company being distroyed on purpose for more cash, they know there core customers doing this but they don't care they want to make as much money as fast as possible before they go bankrupt

I had the old version, which fit me perfectly in size small. However, the new one is awful. The arms are too long, almost reaching my elbows in small size, and the shirt itself is too long, causing it to bunch up. I give it one star for the fabric, which is light and breathes well while running.

I own a couple of archery t shirts. The material on this t shirt (compared to my others) is really uncomfortable. It is almost scratchy and horrible to do physical activity in. Amazing given the cost. I really regret buying it.

With such a substantive change in design it's really misleading to call this a "Cormac." The fit has totally changed and the sleeves are now ridiculously long. There wasn't anything particularly objectionable about the previous design, maybe don't mess with a good thing? Returned mine, wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I used to buy these shirts all the time and have owned dozens. they were my daily work horse. The new cut is so uncomfortable and the sleeves are weirdly long. Guess I need to find a new option.

The fit of this new design is awful and not like the old Cormac of a few years ago. The Cormac was my go to for years and probably have owned 20-25 in total. The new sleeves are so long, awkward, and uncomfortable. Arcteryx, please shorten the sleeves, a lot.

Sleeves are too long and tight, feels like a compression shirt. Old design/sizing on the shoulders and arms were better. Material is okay but the fit of the shirt needs to be revised ASAP.

I have been a fan of Arc'teryx for years with well over 100 different arc'teryx garments. For the past 10 years the quality seems to worsen and worsen every year, and this Cormac SS is the latest victim. I have 15 of previous generations Cormac tees, and they were all great to acceptable. This last version is abysmal, the fit is awkward as heck. Tight on the arms and loose in the the torso. The reflective strips are gone. Very disappointed...

Thank god I still have about 10 of the previous version. This new version is terrible in every way, fabric, cut, sleeve length. Whoever decided to change to this should be fired right away. Why changed a great product? Cost saving? So disappointed!

Own multiple phase SL and cormacs from previous years. The fit on this "revised" edition, is like a giant sail. Now reading the other reviews below, i'm not the only one who feels this way. Unfortunately this is really the only option when it comes to high output synthetic short sleeves that aren't merino. Who is coming up with these designs ... horrible. Better off trying to find old stock of the previous versions ...
