Great vest! Wish collar was softer.

I really like this vest for its surprising warmth and the teal green color. I wear it a lot when it is not raining here in Northern California. It's bulkier than my other vests so it's hard to put a heavier coat over it, which is why I took off one star. But otherwise a terrific vest.

Perfect for chilly, but not cold days. Love the fabric and classic look.

Runs a little small but otherwise love it

I bought it for my wife for Christmas. It was a really nice coat perfect length but a little tight in the shoulders. They got it to me it quick time and look just like the picture.

Very warm, fits well. Only problem for me is the neck is a little too high and scratches my face & can be uncomfortable.

I love this vest! It is thick and warm - just perfect for the Pacific Northwest winters! This is my second north face vest. The first one, which I wore for years, had a side zipper pocket on the chest. Kind of wish my new vest had one as well.

Love the color of this vest. It runs true to size. I wear a medium and the fit is perfect. The zipper pockets are great feature as well

Love the color! Size was just a little larger than I expected.

Love the weight and color. The fabric is a bit stiff (which makes the neckline a little awkward), but this may resolve with wear/washing. Fit is great (M)

Thank You with providing such a nice vest. I love the design and color, but unfortunately I had to return with it being too small. I was really bummed with not being able to purchase this same color in a larger size with them being all sold out. I appreciate the very quick shipment too.

I love this vest and the gray color is great bc it matches with so many things and is extremely warm. The zippered pockets are super functional which is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I don't like, however, is the logo which is not embroidered, so it makes the entire vest look so cheap.

I usually wear an xl I woul size down next time

Love the color. The fit is a little unflattering compared to other vests I own. Unfortunately when opening the box I cut right into the vest and the feathers are all coming out now, going to see if a seamstress and try to repair it.

Love the color! Great for walking in cool weather. Super disappointed that North Face put a decal logo on vs the stitched logo on many of their new products. PLEASE bring back the stitching!!!

It's a nice vest but runs sort of big and is boxy

I noticed the logo isn't embroidered like my daughter's jacket. Also the collar cuts I to my chin even though I bought the same exact vest and size. Hers just fits better. Other than that I love it !

Overall I like the Aconcagua 3 Vest, it's a nice flat black color (versus a standard shiny black) and warm (despite not being a heavy/big vest). It has kept me warm so far during the ND cold fall weather. I do like that the vest isn't super puffy so I don't feel huge when I wear it with a sweatshirt. The one thing I dislike about this vest is that the logo is not stitched into the vest like all my other North Face products, instead it's more of an iron one feel. I am not a fan of this simply because of normal wear and tear overtime the logo may peel off, which will cause discolor of black in that spot.

Very disappointed - stiff collar - fits more like a Men's vest - will keep for layer but not otherwise.

I've purchased 5 North Face vest, 3 within the last few months. While I love North Face, it seems every year they alter the vests. I am not a fan of this practice, as the Women's Aconcagua 3 Vest has one major design flaw, IMO. The collar stands straight up. Another reviewer mentioned this as well. I'm hard-pressed to think a woman designed this vest, as the collar sits up against your neck, and face if you are sitting resulting in any makeup/lipstick you are wearing to get on the vest. My "MacGyver move" to correct this, is using Alien Tape to hold down the collar- it's a so-so fix, but helps.
