Vey light and warm jacket with many functional pockets.

Bought this coat for my son. As the NYC weather starts to get brutally cold, I am confident my son will be very warm.

Very warm

Just love it. At first, it seems a bit thin for cold winter but when you go outside wearing it, you regret not getting one earlier.

Purchased this parka less than two weeks before Thanksgiving and it arrived on time for me to use it in the PNW for Thanksgiving Holiday. It was pretty cold in Oregon and rained a little during our time there. The wind wasn't strong but noticeable and chilly. This parka kept me dry and warm against those elements and I didn't even have gloves on. This parka is one of the best jackets I ever purchased and it worked right out of the box. I am 5' 10" and I purchased size M and the parka fit perfectly. I usually go for a Large sized jackets with other brands but upon reviewing the fitment from TNF, I figured M would be a better fit. I am also glad I chose size M as I cannot imagine how size L would look on me and would have ended up returning it.

I use this on a day to day basis after receiving it and it has been nothing but excellent at keeping me warm and dry.

This is a beautiful parka. I knew I wanted it right away and it does not disappoint! The faux fur adds a nice, classy touch along with the shiny inner lining and outer shell. It is lightweight and warm without feeling like I'm overheating. However, winter has just begun so time will tell how it stands up. I do feel it will be my go to for many more winters to come.

Used it on my first winter/snow day

Fantastic parka for the price I paid for it. It is definitely NOT worth $600. I paid $180. I have a Patagonia parka that is warmer than this one but for basic commutes in NYC during the winter; it’s not a bad at all. I would only pay $280 or $290 at most for this parka. Overall I’m happy with the purchase but I would be upset if I paid full price.

Comfortable jacket

Bought this coat for my son. As the NYC weather starts to get brutally cold, I am confident my son will be very warm.

The only problem is feathering. It's still new, but we'll see. For now, that's the only thing I don't like.

I returned it almost immediately - I like the look and the black North Face logo but the small here feels more like a Medium. I've owned TNF jackets that fit great in a Small; makes no sense.
