I bought it 2 weeks ago but the zip seems fragile, very comfortable against the cold

Quality is pretty nice but the fit is weird. Its really long and slim so its built for taller people. The width fits me well but its too long for me. I had to return it.

They sent me a Thorium jacket M. Sku: X000007250004. This was a hoody with 100% polyester insulation (not down). Looks like the product was labeled wrong from the manufacturer. Sent it back.

Arrived late in bag that had been torn open before.. unzipped… no tags… clearly used. Zappos has really gone downhill.

Warm, comfortable, and fits very well. Warmth without bulk or limitation of movement.

Fantastic down jacket that is extremely warm, almost too warm.

Perfect fit. An amazing, versitile jacket and the two way zipper is handier than you might think. Worn in minus 30 Celsius with just a t-shirt on underneath and it still held the cold out with ease.

This coat seems well made and is extremely warm. The outside material is also very robust and resistant against tearing which is nice. The pockets are line with a soft, warm fleece material that keeps your hands warm. As a plus, the jacket is also easily machine washable

Great overall winter coat. It has the right length and cut to fit my body. I especially like the fleece lined hand pockets!

I cannot believe how warm this jacket is. I have a Canada Goose parka that cost twice as much and isn't as warm. It weighs nothing but seems impervious to wind and cold. Love it!

Exceptionally light & warm Jacket fits well and is comfortable

The cut/fit of this jacket is perfect. It's as esthetically pleasing as it feels, comforting and warmth. I enjoy wearing this when exploring the city on weekends. Also, its sharp look is appropriate as an outerwear, over my casual business attire, for daily commute to work on cold days.

Warm jacket, fits full length of torso and doesn't ride up, looks good, I like the packing bag.

Initially, I opted for the Proton Heavyweight, but it didn't quite meet my expectations, prompting a return. While the Proton's fit was spot-on, the material didn't align with my lifestyle. A visit to the local outdoor store led me to a jacket that captured my heart the perfect blend of style, comfort, and size. I particularly appreciate the stitched logo, a step up from the Proton's print. Despite some minor loose feathers around the zippers (which seems par for the course), the jacket proves its worth. Facing a chilly day with mild winds and rain, I stayed comfortably warm at 5'8 wearing a size S.

This is a great coat for shoulder season or winter conditions up to -20C if paired with a good fleece layer. This is my go to city jacket for most days - the construction is very sturdy and high quality like any good Arc'Teryx jacket.

Did not put it to the test yet but as usual, details and look is "irrprochable" Waiting for the hoodie model as I ordered the jacket without the hood!

My son picked this out a month ago and LOVES it. The color (called black sapphire) is definitely more navy than black, but that's what he wanted. The name is just a bit deceiving.

The hem length is very long. Too long for comfort when sitting. It fits perfectly otherwise.

Purchased this jacket to replace another cold winter parka. Disappointed. Sizing was modest, the style was a bit stiff to my preference and the 750 fill was also modest. Jacket was returned for credit and the company was very good on the front end of the return process.

I honestly don't know what to think of this brand anymore. 6 days to process a single-item order makes me rethink my purchase decisions. A company of your size should have fulfillment processing down to a science. I used to love this brand. The quality seems to disappoint these days -- - repeatedly. The fit and finish of the products leave something to be desired and a dissatisfied customer. Normally I don't putforth the effort for a review, but this is long overdue.

Bought this jacket in the black Friday sale. I am a large in all my other Arcteryx gear. This jacket was too tight. i attempted to exchange it for an extra large and was told that i was not eligible for the discount price on the exchanged jacket. I am shocked.
